Their oil change includes checking all fluids, checking air in tires, washing the windshield, and vacuum floor etc. And the website always has a coupon you can print out. Normally it's $29.99 but I like Valvoline so it's about $38.00 , well worth it. But look before you let them in your car, sometimes they are greasy/ dirty ect, it's best to catch them 1st thing in the morning......lol It's worth it to me to just have someone be nice. After the pit had drained my oil & changed the oil filter he started putting in Duramax 0w40. Asked about that he said it's the same. I was screwed! He brought the ticket & I gave him $25GMonkey coupon they mailed to me & my CC. He came back & said he couldn't change the ticket to use the coupon & use it next time. Asked for Mgr he said he'd have to call one. 10min later can't get Mgr & just use the coupon next time. THERE WON'T BE A NEXT TIME for this BAIT & SWITCH operation. I don't know what state agency regulates this type of operation but I will find out.
