I visited this repair shop on May 10, 2023. I had two repairs - 1. 22k gold chain which was gifted to my daughter by my mom had a break in it, hanging on by a link. (2) I had bought a white gold necklace with the diamond heart pendant which needed to be swapped out with a platinum necklace since Wifey is allergic to white gold. Before I stopped by "Time To Repair," I had initially went to "Fast Fix" for the repair. They quoted me an astronomical price of $69.95 for the 22 k gold chain repair and the reason for the high price as I was told is because it is 22k gold. I asked about swapping the white gold necklace for the platinum one and after inquiring with the repair guy she says that will also be $69.95. I walked away and decided to stop by at "Time To Repair" and I was extremely surprised when the jewelry repair guy (Bill) quoted me $40 ANDDD he even swapped out the necklaces NO CHARGE right there in front of me within minutes. I am not writing this review because I got something "FREE," but rather because of the great customer service, quality work, and the price I was charged. After a couple hours I went back to pick up the necklace and it looked better than it did brand-new. The necklace had a lot of kinks and bumps which Bill went above and beyond and fixed all of them and he even polished the necklace. I was speechless when he handed me the necklace-ALL for $40. My gosh! It is truly impossible to find honest, and hardworking people with morals and values. I am so very grateful to Bill and the other two workers for their excellent customer service skills and transparency. Took my ring from "ooF " to "oooooo " This shop is open every other day on the weekdays and is curbside service only (Locate Red Robin attachéd to the mall then park in the numbered 'curbside spots' ) Through the telephone is seems as though that there are several employees able to take your calls, fix your gems, and respond to your online request. In this case I had a Art Deco possibly 1980s bezel ring. The bezel was damaged and chipped like someone took some pliers to pull the original stone out. Ciro came out, to the lot. assessed the damage, provided options, went back inside, and called about the solutions. I mainly wanted the bezel fixed and polished (looks pretty dope without the stone), although he provided options for stones to sit in there such as Sapphires, Diamond, topaz, emerald, CZ. I didn't feel any car-salesmen type pressure. There were also other chips and dings around the band of the ring that I didn't point out but were fixed anyway. I came in to have my ring resized by Bill, he was very knowledgeable right away. We were shrugged off by two different places before hand telling us that my ring was silver and they wouldn't be able to help us. As soon as we walked up, Bill knew it was a unique ring made from white gold and that he could have it sized in a few days. When I noticed one of my fossil watches stopped working, I was looking for quotes and found this place was the most affordable.
