Terrible experience and customer service. Woman at the counter grabbed me by the face because she…read morewas annoyed "I entered without saying hello and although she was saying hello I was not responding.". To which I explained (still smiling at that point) that I didn't notice her and didn't hear her as I was wearing a quite large headset and listening to quite loud music. Then she felt it was necessary to inform me that it is very rude to enter a shop and not say hello. I replied that it is easy to assume someone is deliberately ignoring her to be rude- but she could have as well assumed that hey, this person simply didn't see me. I also told her that I had a 5month old baby who I had to take at the hospital the night before- I had barely slept a couple of hours. After that she started ignoring me and speaking to the other customer, scoffing, huffing and mumbling in Dutch. Congrats! You just lost my business for all the books I would buy myself, my son, my husband, my friends and friends' kids. Be kind next time, you don't know what other people go through.
