Leticia brings her own soothing music, table and everything needed. To start with she had me breathe in some lavender essential oil, which is amazing for relaxation. I opted for the full body one hour massage. Leticia asked where I feel I need to focus the massage on and if I had any problem areas or injuries. I had a deep tissue massage, she has a gentle firm pressure that made the massage really enjoyable. She did a great job on my soar muscles aespecially on some of my problem areas from former injuries. I was tense and soar before the massage but that all disappeared well before the hours end. The hour went by and she still did a foot massage which was amazing. Hours after the massage and up until I went to bed I was so relaxed and felt great. I slept really good that night. An absolute peach when talking to me and was able to pinpoint how stressed my body was in moments and started knocking out the ouchies. Firm enough to break up the tension in my horribly tense neck and shoulders without causing me to flinch yet gentle enough to keep me relaxed and not tense up further.
