Leticia brings her own soothing music, table and everything needed. To start with she had me breathe in some lavender essential oil, which is amazing for relaxation. I opted for the full body one hour massage. Leticia asked where I feel I need to focus the massage on and if I had any problem areas or injuries. I had a deep tissue massage, she has a gentle firm pressure that made the massage really enjoyable. She did a great job on my soar muscles aespecially on some of my problem areas from former injuries. I was tense and soar before the massage but that all disappeared well before the hours end. The hour went by and she still did a foot massage which was amazing. Hours after the massage and up until I went to bed I was so relaxed and felt great. I slept really good that night.
