Tina is great. A few months ago we needed to sell our home because we were moving out of CA to HI. Yes Hawaii !!! I did not know who to call but had seen her name on signs in front of properties all over the place in our area. I checked Yelp and based on the great reviews I called her. Tina called me back within an hour, and we scheduled a consultation. She came to our house 2 days later and already had compiled a binder of comps in our neighborhood. Tina had the research already done and in a binder. She visited with us for over 3 hours talking, learning about us, while explaining her strategy for selling our home. She also took the time to talk about normal, everyday stuff. She is a real person you enjoy spending time with. It was like having a friend over for coffee. She is an honest and dedicated professional who keeps you in the loop during the process. You don't have to speculate the status of the transaction. Tina knows her business and because of that our house sold after only one 4 hour open house event. Her staff is phenomenal in handling the marketing, administration, etc. You can always get them on the phone when you want a status update during the "paperwork" phase. What I like the most is that Tina being the broker and owner, could have relegated us to others who work for her, but did not. I always had direct access to her, and she took a personal interest in selling our home. Tina returns calls and texts within the hour with an answer to your concern.
