Timmy just stayed there for a week and had the best time! He came back all chilled out from good food, lounging on his beanbag and getting daily massages and rubs. The woman ("M") who runs the place is an absolutely wonderful person. She's so nice. Last year when we had troubles with our housing situation and had to move our kitty to another cattery as M was closing for her yearly holidays, she actually came to Dublin to pick me up, and then we picked up kitty and she drove us to the other cattery and then drove me back to dublin. She's a cat lover and has around 10(?) cats herself. She takes pics and posts them on facebook for you and she compliles a slideshow of pictures for you of kitty's "holiday". Laugh if you will, but its lovely. I cherish mine as we have 2 of our much loved Levi kitty who passed away last year. I've been to the kennels, they are spotless, spacious, kitted out with beanbags, stuffed animals, toys, tunnels, and they even have a little "outdoor" patch to sit in. My cat doesn't have it half as good at home. She even imports catnip for them :) We've had some bad experiences with catteries over the years, I trust Cattery Cottage with my Timmy's life.

The rooms are perfect for cats with multiple vertical levels and plenty of toys and hiding spots. They even have a fenced outdoor patio. She has rooms able to hold multiple cats so our 3 could all stay together. Most important we felt totally comfortable that our cats would be well taken care of and loved while we were gone. I would strongly recommend Cattery Cottage to anyone looking to board their cat(s).
