I got partnered with Dr. Lemy for piano. I was very excited to meet her since she was more qualified than a lot of people I've researched before. She was super patient and nice in my trial (I'm not confident in my skill). She gave me great tips and created a plan to improve my skill. Then a cold email arrived saying class is canceled and so far no clear plan of what the new arrangement is. First they should have notified us before I found out the cancellation! Second they should make arrangement immediately if they have issues, we booked the class and paid in full. We are not responsible for their issues!
