Trainers just said it's okay let's keep going. That seems very disrespectful to me. Plus I have found out that the most popular ReadRx program is usually given to students to help with comprehension but nothing about that program actually helps with understanding reading material. Would give no stars, but my brother's program does seem to be helping a bit.

I live less than 20 minutes away, but it took a while, and they also resent the digital image. Unfortunately, it was the same photo. Wrote back to them again. Oh yes, we're sorry, we'll fix that for you. Same photo. I called. Sat on the phone for 30 minutes while she wrote up a special order. Later than evening the digital reprint arrived again. Same color-corrected photo!!!! Then two or three different people responded with different apologies and more questions. I'm done! I hope our school considers their ratings for future years.
