Becoming defensive and telling the potential buyer to 'move on to another house if you don't think this house is good' -- well, that just isn't what your client would want you to say. If I knew your client, I would tip him/her off to your outrageous behavior. Instead, I turn to Yelp. I'm reminded of a popular film...
