I have a 2008 Chevy and the tint had been applied in about 2009 or 2010. The rear window (which has the built-in defrost heat lines) had bubbled all up and desperately needed to be pealed off and replaced. I knew I wanted to be sure I found the right people to do the job, as it would be difficult. I found Noah on Yelp and liked the reviews and liked what I was reading about his company. I called Noah and we had a talk about my kind of issue. He was very upfront and honest about my chances for a good outcome on my very old, bubbly rear window, and in his confidence that they were the best (and lots of other people had left great reviews that he had done great jobs). I was fairly certain if anyone could clean up my rear window it would be Tint Magic. I took my car in and they did a beautiful job they were even able to save my defrost lines to boot, which was a real concern! I haven't had a chance to test it out, but the window looks fantastic and I couldn't be happier. When it comes time to replace the film on my other windows I'll be back! New car = new tints. Yelp comes to the rescue again with getting quotes and reviews (also another competitor with reviews) to make my final choice. I went with Tint Magic because Noah, the owner, was fantastic to work with and is very knowledgeable about the different tints, plus it is a lifetime guarantee as long as you own the car. He explained each one to me in detail on the day of my appointment and even had a display with a heat lamp for you to feel how well these tints block out heat and light. When I made my appointment, he said to expect 3 hours the most, so I had my work computer with me. But the sitting area is set up with Netflix, free cable, complimentary water and coffee while you wait. There are also some fish you can look at if you get bored with TV, lol. It actually only took a little over an hour for the work to be completed and Noah gave me some instructions with keeping the windows closed to let the tint dry and cure, and cleaning tips. He even put a sticker on the controls with the day and time I can open the windows so I'm not tempted. If you need new tints, I definitely recommend Tint Magic. They can do darker if you need it, but be prepared to pay for that in cash. The tints on my car are still holding up and looking good after one month. read more

I tried on several occasions to contact this individual on scheduling an appointment. I receive the same automated impersonal text each and every single time I reach out to them via text or email. I wanted to do business based on his few great reviews but must now also include mine as your business needs to be rated on the entire way you handle it just like I get a 1 star for while accompanied by no complaint at all while driving for Uber. That being said I never could be answered back about a time and day they would be free to complete the job on my vehicle and the sun is out now here in Jacksonville and my riders need a cool car not a toaster oven. There are other companies around who offer lifetime warranties using 3m and Lunar films which will not bubble in the hot sun and I would highly suggest them as they answer ALL your questions. read more
