Theres really nothing negative to say up to this point...I mean unless in a few weeks if my tint peels off. They really exceeded my expectations with timing and service. They get 5 stars because: 1. The office was clean and orderly. I felt comfortable upon arrival and during my wait. 2. Now it may just be good timing, but they had me in and out in about 30 minutes. I drive an sedan hybrid, so I expected a 2 hour wait. I came in here to get my car tinted. The receptionist was friendly, but the selection was very limited and did not offer me what I was looking for. She was also not knowledgable on the products. She told us to take the film outside and see how we liked it, but without a professional it does not educate the customer. What kind of customer service is that? I wanted the Chrystalline tint and she indicated that Tint Masters only carried two percentages. How can an auto business only offer two choices---40% and 70%?? It was no better for regular tint either. They quoted me $550.00 for 40% Crystalline tint for my car and I have a MINI. Just way overpriced and got a better deal somewhere else for over $100.00 less. The other company I chose put Chrystalline on my entire car, to include my windshield in the percentage that I actually wanted. I also get a lifetime guarantee directly from Chrystalline, as well as the auto tinting business I went to. The Tint Masters' receptionist never mentioned that Tint Masters provides a guarantee for their products. I can't comment on the quality of their work because they did not have examples for us to see, or previous work they had done. Also, it looks like the staff are writing reviews for their own business and bumped up their ratings. I should have seen this before hand when I originally looked up their phone number. As an avid Yelper, this is not good business and distorts the objectivity of their reviews. I would not recommend this business. read more

These guys know people better than we know ourselves. First off, they're quite professional and get you in and out when they promise. I had my Subaru windows tinted because I was cooking in my car and enough was enough. I called, got a very fair quote and got a relatively quick appointment time. They had my car back to me in less than 2 hours (I only had the front two windows wrapped) and even though Brittany told me not to roll the windows down for 48-72 hours, my dumb ass tried to roll it down the next day at coffee drive-thru. Thankfully, they have a big green tape across the controls that clearly warn you to steer clear of it. I would have ruined that nice new tint job if it weren't for that. It's been two weeks now since the windows were treated and it looks fantastic! Every car I've possessed gets tinted front and back and these guys are right up there with the best of them. I couldn't find one single flaw along the border and no sign of bubbling or peeling. They do some excellent work! read more

Stopped in and was quoted a price for window tint and clear bra by the girl at the entrance, showed me a picture of what the bra would cover, we agreed on a price and made an appointment. The day we were dropping the car off she contacted us and changed the price to almost double the amount quoted. I had already purchased a yelp coupon for this place so I was already out $100, so I had the windows tinted only. Lousy way of doing business, very unprofessional! Not a good way to treat a repeat customer...won't happen again! So now you're calling me a liar, I had a 2012 VW Passat done by you last year. Never offered a refund either. read more

Tried to rip us off!! I went in there and they had a list of prices for Tesla and the highest price was around $500. No one knew I had a Tesla until I talked to the lady behind the counter and asked her about the price for my Tesla (keep in mind I already seen all the prices) I told her I drive a Tesla she suddenly changed the price and was like "oh no the price is $1200." Great work by a great shop. I called on a Friday morning and they offered to work me in the same day. I told them I was interested in thermal rejection and matching the factory look on the rear window. They could have up-sold me the most expensive tint, but steered me to a less expensive version that still provided the heat rejection I wanted, but more closely matched the hue of my factory-tinted rear glass. Brought in my 2016 Challenger to get tinted and add paint protection. I mentioned that I was going to Hawaii and they ensured that the work done conformed to the state laws there. (Hawaii does annual inspections to include checking tint) Because of the location of the shop I was able to take my time and grab something to eat. After I was done with breakfast I only had to wait around 30 minutes. Considering the were tinting my vehicle and adding paint protection the turn around time was great. I'm the kind of customer that doesn't mind waiting to ensure it gets done right the first time. Tint Masters has done every vehicle my wife and I have had since we've been in the area and always get great service. I brought in my truck once due to a small imperfection (so small that nobody else could see it without it being pointed out) in the windshield strip and they fixed it with no questions asked. In addition to auto tint they did some vinyl work to my truck, motorcycle, and added ceramic tint to my house. Adding the tint to the house SIGNIFICANTLY lowered our electric bill.
