Hotel laundry prices are nasty. I really hate paying more to wash a sock or t-shirt than it cost to buy. Plus, walking randomly around cities looking for a fluff & fold laundry seems better than just walking randomly around. That's how I came across Tintoreria 1991. It's a good sized full service operation. Dry cleaning, laundry, leather, even carpets. (If you are traveling with carpets, you need to learn light packing). They do pickup and delivery.
