It was an original from Morocco, and the only thing to do was to remove (or a least some of it) the smell. The result was unreal - he delivered a totally different rug. he destroyed him. different color, horrible stains, and the smell continued. For worst, he charged me too much, and took him (after 4 times) 3 weeks to deliver again the rug. I have now a destroyed rug, a rug that was expensive and special to me. Remember, if you want to clean a rug, don't go here. they will promise the world and deliver something totally different. a total trap.
