This place has a massive menu, unique items. and tons of ways to customize your drink, which are all positives. I enjoyed my tea but didn't love the texture of the tapioca pearls. That said, I'm extremely spoiled and am used to getting bubble tea in California (Bay Area and San Diego) where it's everywhere and very authentic. We had excellent service and it's in an adorable bookstore, no doubt. The downstairs is a bit more like a religious gift shop but the upstairs is lovely. The service felt rushed and a bit dismissive. I ordered a bubble tea but needed it to be both decaf and vegan, and I would have appreciated if someone had taken a moment to help me understand my options. Instead, I felt pressured to decide quickly and ended up not enjoying my drink. On top of that, my order never actually went through -- I only found out after asking about it, and the staff realized it hadn't printed. They did make it right away once I pointed it out, which I appreciated, but I would have been waiting indefinitely otherwise. While they do have a "make it right" guarantee if you don't like your drink, the employee seemed annoyed when I asked for another recommendation. Unfortunately, the second drink (the mango one) turned out to contain caffeine, so I couldn't drink it either. I'm not saying they don't have good drinks here -- I just didn't get the chance to find one. Really disappointed. I'm frequent customer of this location. Normally my drinks are really good. Today, someone was kind enough to pick up my drink order while I'm working nearby and the drink was wrong. That's no cardinal sin; however when I called and reported it as asked that they make note for my next order, I was told that couldn't be done, no refund could be issued and I could send someone back over or email the owner. This seems a tad unreasonable that I would, as the customer, have to correct for their error. I didn't make the mistake but I have to correct for it more than calling the establishment?! . Cute spot! Lots of bubble tea options! I opted for the Thai tea which had the option of picking a sweetness level which I had never seen before! I opted for 75% sweetness which was perfect for me! I do like that they offer different mylks per request and that they have stevia. I also think it's cute that they have all these drinks on tap. However, that also means that they have a lot of 'pre-mixed' drinks, which makes you wonder how fresh the tea is, the quality of the tea leaves, how much flavored syrup is in there, etc. I got: Taro frozen yogurt: This is a bit too sweet and it overshadows the taro flavor. I wasn't a fan. Nitro cold brew: This tasted a bit diluted and wasn't very strong, but I guess if you're in a pickle and forgot that an actual coffee shop was just down the street, then come here? I'll be honest and say I'm not a huge fan, but I do prefer the boba shops that focus on tea rather than on cuteness and flavor varieties. Considering how big the crowd gets here though, I'd say there are plenty of customers coming in who just want boba with some juice and sugar, which hits the mark on this place. Honestly, I don't think there's any tea to this. The tapioca balls are small and unflavored. The coffee jelly did not taste like coffee. At all. The Tiger milk bubble tea offered by Baskin Robbins was more authentic than this. And that drink didn't even have tapioca. The Mango drink was pretty good. I think I can taste a hint of tea but that might be the strawberry & kiwi popping bubbles playing tricks on me. Macarons, on the other hand, are very tasty. I got a mango, a pina colada, and a raspberry lemon. They run $2.75 each. There's a discount for buying more: 3 for $8; 6 for $15.50; etc. I gave 2-stars because the macarons were worth it. I came in here craving for some Bubble Tea after lunch at the Thai spot. I got to say, this is one of most unique bubble tea place I have ever seen in metro Atlanta area. The male employee here was super friendly. I ordered the large strawberry, mango, kiwi, tea with popping bobas. Their large is huge. They give you a ton of tea. The sweetness was on point and the manager even advised to let him know if it's too sweet or not sweet enough. We also got to sample the Macrons here. They are amazing as well. Very tasty!! If you complain about this place, like I'm about to, it's Whiny Bubbles. If they don't mop, it's Grimy Bubbles. If you come in here wearing baby oil, ahem, it's Shiny Bubbles. And if you're English and come here, which I am, and did, then it's Limey Bubbles. I actually have really big bubbles, so my one ex boyfriend always tells me, but he may have just been trying to kiss my... bubbles, it's hard to say. This is the most non-Asian bubble tea shop I've ever been to I think. And there have been a few. Anyone who's a fan of real Taiwanese bubble tea would probably not like this place. It's just hyper sweet sugary syrupy Americanized drinks with very little tea in them or so it seems. Just say I'm not a big fan - which would be a massive understatement. Some of the service was really nice but other employees were not, and were visibly annoyed that the musicians, who were really good and keeping the place even busier than usual, were playing longer then they were supposed to and going past closing time. The products are probably a 1 out of 5 but I bump them up a little bit for having really good live music and giving the teens of Marietta place to go on a weekend night - and for some of the good service as opposed to some other really bad service. The shop is very cute and they employees are very nice and walked me through the process. I got the taro milk tea and I have to admit I didn't like it. Tiny Bubbles is a fantastic addition to downtown Marietta! I love seeing bubble tea cafes pop up all over OTP. However, Tiny Bubbles isn't just another bubble tea shop. In addition to their drinks, they also serve snacks and pretty little desserts as well as have a full boutique gift shop attached to it. The gift shop is adorable with lots of cute and sparkly things to admire. The cafe counter displays colorful treats that are hard to ignore (had to get some!). The cafe has a few tables and chairs and a "lounge" area with a couch. Fun colors all around. I decided on a regular size iced pistachio bubble milk tea ($5) and a few macarons. The bubble tea was sweet and refreshing. The bubbles had great texture and flavor. The regular size (more like a large) was plenty and reasonably priced at $5. My recent deliver order was quickly delivered but It was missing a key ingredient to the success of drinking a pearl filled beverage- a large straw!! I enjoyed the drink but looked forward to having it with a straw versus a spoon. The only straw I own was not wide enough - sadly. I absolutely love this place! I've been wanting to come back here for months and finally decided to make it happen. Smack dab in the heart of Marietta square, Tiny Bubbles is the perfect place to grab some goooood tea and grab some delicious Macarons. There's plenty of parking around (you just have to be patient and keep your eyes out for open spots) and even if you have to park "far away", there's plenty of other stores to peruse on your way to Tiny Bubbles. I love the decor and I love how the staff makes you feel so welcome. The tea options are plenty but I like how the menu gives step by step directions and the staff are more than happy to give guidance if you're feeling a little overwhelmed. The young lady that helped me had a such sweet attitude and all the flavors are soooo tempting but I settled on the supernova which has like all sorts of berries and the unicorn bubbles and that tea just gave me such joy. Aesthetically this place is charming. The staff are so warm and inviting. The gift shop is full of cute and quirky items that are fun to browse as you wait for your tea to be prepared. We had the galaxy lemonade, unicorn lemonade and the chai milk tea which were all delicious. The fact that you can adjust the sweetness is brilliant because we all had different preferences.
