When she got home and sent me a pic, she noticed there was a hole in the seam. When she purchased, she used a $10 reward of mine. She went to return the item and they said they don't give the reward money back. I am furious! If I return something to kohls, I still get my rewards cash back. I've returned at other OUAC locations who also use Five Star to track rewards & I've received my rewards back just fine. They manually gave me back my rewards but apparently this store doesn't do that. There was one time their reward system was down so she wrote my number down to give me my points manually when the system was back up. So why can't they go in and manually give me enough points to give my $10 reward back?! My mom did the return without calling me to inform me they wouldn't give my reward back so I pretty much paid them to take the item back when you take into consideration they didn't give my $10 back. All that money spent to earn a $10 reward and now it's just gone. I'm so over this location. When I called the store, she said they were currently training a lot of new employees so things may be slipping through the buy counter. I'd like to point out I've been seeing things with holes and stains for a couple months now so that excuse doesn't fly with me.

Only issue I've ever had is that some of their clothes don't last as long as I'd like them to. They also tend to fade a little faster over time. I guess what makes up for it is the consistently low prices. Asking for assistance with something here is rarely done by me. I can only speak on service when checking out. Lines can get pretty long. Luckily, they move fast. Anyway, if you want cheap clothes with an expensive look, this is not a bad place to start with.
