I usually do the pressure washing by hand. You can pay with credit card for the wash, but the vending and vacuum is all cash. There is a machine for change. The vending machine has all sorts of wipes and air fresheners for your vehicle. It's usually not super busy here and it's quick to get in and out..

Took car in to TIRECRAFT Stratford for MVI. Was told it needed $1500 worth of repairs. OK. Agree…read moreto that. Come back the next day to pick the car up, and am told that now there are no reverse lights, which are needed for inspection, but somehow were missed when I was originally told what needed to be done to pass inspection. OH, by the way, it needs a wiring harness to get the reverse lights working and that is going to be anywhere from $4000 - $6000, plus labor. Question is, why wasn't this caught to begin with when the car was supposed to have been inspected, and not only noticed after I brought it in to have $1500 worth of work done to it, and that work was done and I was billed for it, BEFORE I agreed to pay almost $1500 to repair other parts so I could have made a proper decision on if it was worth it in total or not. I wouldn't have done ANY of the work had I had the whole picture. Now I did $1500 worth of work on a car I am not going to pay thousands more to repair. Also, I have only taken this car into Tirecraft twice. Once for tire change, and once for MVI. BOTH times I picked the car up, there was an issue with back lights. After the tire change a brake light was out that had not been out when I brought it in. Now, there is no reverse lights, and they are blaming it on a repair 18 months ago...and yes, the car passed MVI in 2025. Should have been given the whole picture on the MVI BEFORE they charged me almost $1500 to get the car passed on inspection, and then told me it still wouldn't pass inspection because it then needed thousands in repairs more - not to mention if the reverse lights were out when the car was supposed to have been inspected for MVI, why wasn't it reported to me immediately? Neglegence at best, dishonest at worst.

John Chandler was certainly more dependable than esoteric etheral electronics! He is that sort of workman who has a purpose in life and builds home, family, and professionalism in service and customer relations around that purpose. He did a thorough job of looking after the 21 year old "military" specs Generac and was able, in laymen's language, to explain just what was going on, and what not to be concerned over. Any caveat? Well.... yessssss. like many other services, Chandler Motors expects to find the homeowner at home whenever it arrives. Aaaargh! NB to servicemen of all callings: Please call ahead, good people, to make a date if you want to make sure portcullises are raised, the drawbridge lowered, the dog called off, doors opened, coffee hot, and the host dressed. Mr Chandler had to move on to a Cavendish client leaving refreshing conversation unrelated to mechanics for another day, a day which I expect will be a long time coming given the great job he did with the "genny".
