Once we began to look she had completely changed companies on us dropped myself as a driver and many other changes that were very much incorrect. After calling her back and trying to fix the mistake she had made she then cancelled the insurance all together and told us it would be Monday before the money was placed back in our account to start the correct policy and to just not drive for the weekend, (seriously). So on Monday we then called to let her know the funds had come out of our account and after many calls back and forth it is now going to be 7-10 days before a check will be mailed to us for her mistake. Once again her answer was well just be careful since your not insured as of right now. I will say I have used this location in the past with a very good rep who knew her insurance but right now this office has more than one that has the least knowledge of auto insurance it appears.
