The good- The food is fresh and delicious. I would say the best Pho in town and the beef salad dressing must be made with heroin or crack because I jones for it. I really enjoy the Thia yellow curry in general. I've craved it since the very first time I tried it over 8 years ago, anyway, Tips Thia curry is very good and I have eaten here about 4 times since they opened their doors. This is my favorite Thai Restaurant. The Pho is off the hook good. The broth is very flavorful. The more typical Thai dish's are also very good. The folks that run this small, very clean establishment are very friendly and helpful. My wife and I have both tried much of the menu. Not e disappointed. We love it! Highly recommend it! read more

Place is small, which is not an issue. The service is poor. Maybe because every table was full. Our waitress was very impatient and rushed my (much older) father in law's when he had questions. I tried to order curry for my toddler and was rudely told all of their curries are spicy and cannot be made non spicy. I find this very hard to believe. The food came out disjointed. People who came and ordered after us got their food and appetizers before we did and they sent our appetizer to the wrong table. It took over 15mins to take our order. It took over 30mins for our entrees to come out. The staff runs around like their heads are cut off. It wasn't a pleasant experience. Portions were nice, the veggies weren't kicked thoroughly, and flavor was good. Flavor wise it was on point for a standard Thai restaurant like our local Thai elephant, but the portions were larger and more proportional to what you pay. This is a great place for anyone that has or is eating with someone with food restrictions. May of the options can be made vegan by choosing tofu or vegetable. We just left Tip's Thai House, and had to rush and report in. What a joy this restaurant -- up near Walmart, and the perfect ending to this Saturday. The owner/waitress/chef spent time with us, talking of the specials, the choices, and what are the restaurant favorites... We started off with chicken spring rolls in peanut dipping sauce.. Perfect ~ Then Charles went for one of his favorite Thai dishes, Green Curry ... which was just the right amount of spicy, and rice ... with beautiful cut peppers and carrots.. I thought to stay with the peanut theme ... and ordered #19 Peanut Sauce Pad Thai. Charles and I both brought home the left overs for a midnight snack, or for breakfast. We shall be back. This is my newest favorite place for Thai food in the Tri-Cities not ,only is the food fresh and tasty but the staff and the owners are absolutely wonderful. Oh, and my girlfriend met me there who has to eat everything gluten-free and they totally accommodated that "question", with a smile and a check with the cooks I definitely recommend trying their Pho, and their garlic chicken is to die for give it a try people ! I'm a big fan of Thai, but I always have to drive to the other side of Kennewick to get good Thai. I was so excited when I found out there was a place opening 5 minutes away from my house. We got our first order of peanut sauce pad Thai, and crispy garlic chicken to go. There was a bit of a wait because it seemed like they had to go order after to go order. It was all worth it though. Even though the garlic chicken is tossed in a sauce, it still manages to hold its crispness, and the flavor is amazing. I couldn't eat enough of it. I would give 10 stars if I could. We had dinner there on 09/09/21. The food was outstanding and the service was over the top! I had the Green Curry and my wife had the Yakisoba/Orange Chicken combo. Upon receiving her dinner, my wife noticed that the Yakisoba may have eggs in it. She has an allergy to eggs, so we asked our server to confirm that eggs were in the dish. She said that the Yakisoba did include eggs, and offered to take back and redo the entire plate. We told her that wasn't necessary because we should have asked before we ordered. Our server then said that she would have another serving of the Yakisoba made without eggs. Because the combo serving is smaller than the entree serving, she said there would be no charge. We accepted her offer and the other serving came to our table in a matter of minutes. I wish I had gotten our server's name, because she deserves high accolades. I've been in twice. It's always been clean, fast service and good food. Each time I got the pho and cream cheese butterflies. The pho has good flavor, not my favorite, but it will do in a pinch. We got the lemongrass chicken and the red curry with duck (No rice) because we're on a low carb diet ( keto ketogenic ) and it was super filling and very delicious. I finally found a Thai restaurant that can make avocado curry!! Prior to moving from Seattle, I would have to wait until I went for a visit to get it but now, I just have to make the drive to South Ridge. The avocado curry has great flavor and just enough spice. It's better than where I used to get in Seattle to be honest. My boyfriend always get the cashew chicken and it's good. Friend has tried Tom Kha and really like it. Was going to a movie at the new Fairchild cinemas that just opened for a movie not playing near me in Richland and was very fortunate to spot this restaurant next door. Ordered their chicken pho and it was the best I have ever eaten! Very large portion - enough for two easily, healthy and light, lots of chicken and rice noodles and the broth was exquisite! I was in a hurry to get to the movie and they kindly accommodated me. The service was excellent and polite and the place was very clean.
