She just came over and introduced herself to me and was so professional. It was such a nice refreshing change for most the restaurants in town. She was be happy to be here as I was with my professional server/bartender Patrick. Great overall experience and service. Overall, i'm very pleased with the staff change and service that I have received from Patrick as well as Kayla, who is one of the other bartenders. Quite frankly this a fair value for all of the extras and extra service that I have received. I'm very happy that I have started frequently this place again and Holly recommend it! I'm a sucker for sizzling fajitas, so ended up getting filet. The meat was cooked perfectly medium, although most of the onions and peppers ended up pretty charred and burnt which I ended up picking around. Service was good and next time will probably try several tacos since there were plenty to choose from. read more

Great place. Have you tried the chicharrones. If not it's a must, fresh fried pork skins. My grandsons favorite. Food is good. Always able to find something new and tasty. If you order a house margarita be prepared - they are pretty heavy handed on the taquilla. Nice place, but a little noisy. So if you want to talk try to get a table as far from the bar as possible. Got sat right away and got our drink orders and nobody ever came back! Waited over 15 mins! Finally said something to the hostess and she seemed confused. She went to go look for the server and asked for us to wait some more. We waited and didn't see anyone and finally we just left. Why do we need to wait some more when it took forever to order? Been to TT in TR several times and have had a great experience each time. Food has been very tasty, and my wife loves their salad. Stopped in with a large group for lunch and sat at the bar. Menu had a couple of vegetarian options which was good to see. Grabbed a couple of tacos, the cowgirl and the mushroom taco on flour tortillas. Cowgirl was ok, but the mushroom burger was really good. The actual flour tortillas they used could have been much better quality. Grabbed a side of the black beans and rice. They mixed them into a single side which was nice, very tasty. I was invited to dinner by a cousin as she knows I love tacos. This place was really nice. We had about two waitstaff outside of our waitress check in on us which gave us GREAT customer service. The drinks were strong!!! While the price per taco is a little up there, they have a lot of varieties to choose from. Of the ones I had, the Greek taco was my favorite! Visiting the area I wanted to have dinner with a friend who lives locally. He gave us two choices and I (as usual) went for the Mexican. Glad we did, the food was good. We had the Trio appetizer, great Queso, great guacamole and great (Pico, i think?). I got a burrito. I don't usually get burritos I get quesadillas. I was, however intrigued. You see they offer their burrito (Wait for it) drenched in that great queso I mentioned earlier. Yeah, who in their right mind would do this? I am so glad they do. on top of the queso, they put a little red sauce. eat me tell you, as big as it was, and as delicious as it was, I tried to finish it. This has been a favorite of ours for years. But the quality has drastically dropped off. Tonight we went in. It wasn't busy at all and we were seated immediately. We ordered a Tipsy Trio appetizer. Then we ordered our tacos. We sat for awhile and wondered if they forgot us. The tacos came out before the appetizer. Our taco shells were stale. I was hungry so I just ate it anyway. Just about the time we finished our meal, the appetizer arrived. The queso was so cold, it broke the chips. I don't know what happened. I think they may have new owners. Food and customer service outstanding My family and I visited here from GA. We started off with trio dip (queso, black bean and salsa- you can choose your spice in the salsa mild or medium. We went with medium wasn't too spicy). Drinks order was white sangria (does have Brandy in it) and the margarita flight (on rocks) best from the flight was pineapple and surprisingly jalapeño. Food order was chicken nachos, bang bang shrimp taco, cowgirl taco(delicious choice for vegetarians), street corn (off the cob needed just a little bit more seasoning) mcfishin in lettuce wraps and the shroom. Food was good and came out pretty quickly. Our waitresses (I think one was training) weren't very friendly. We got the cilantro jalapeño margarita and a regular margarita. The cilantro jalapeño had no muddled jalapeño and tasted like straight syrup. Since the waitresses were so unfriendly we were scared to say anything but for a $10* marg, you want to at least enjoy it. We asked for a regular instead and it came back way different than the first regular margarita. You could tell by the green/yellow color there was way more mix in it. It's okay...the quesadilla and queso were good, but we got a birria taco, a pork belly taco and a bang bang taco and they were kinda gross we couldn't finish them. I have a few more different ones leftover we'll try tomorrow but the birria tasted like pure liquid smoke. The first bite threw off my appetite honestly. Pork belly tastes like bbq chicken and the shrimp one seemed like it was frozen. I wanted to like it, but I'd go to white duck if I wanted tacos like these. Altogether everything cost $50 which is a little expensive for 5 tacos and a quesadilla. I wouldn't come back here, there's way better options. I liked the shrimp fajitas very much. A LOT of food. Th chips are also very good. We did NOT care for the mild salsa at all. The biggest disappointment was the margaritas. In who's wild imagination could these EVER be called a margarita? The medium size was pretty expensive at $10.95 and tasted more like your worst childhood dose of medicine than anything else. Ordered Tipsy Taco through Bite Squad and had a pretty good experience. The bag of chips they sent was GIGANTIC...I just wish said chips were better. They are SO thin...too thin. We ordered queso to go with them and the queso was great but the chips were crumbling apart as we tried to dip them in it. Taco-wise, we tried the Kahuna Tuna, Wakey Wakey Eggs & Bakey, Seoul City, and Witterwitout. The Kahuna Tuna and Witterwitout were great. The breakfast one was, well, a basic breakfast taco. Decent but nothing special. I was disappointed in the Seoul City, though - it was a lot more bland than I was expecting. Ordered takeout from Tipsy Tacos and it wasn't bad. A bit on the expensive side. I'm from California and I was like... these tacos are way more expensive than Cali tacos, lol - but I didn't mind. We ordered: Baja Shrimp Tacos, Chicken Tacos, and they were decent. But if you want really great tacos... come visit us in California! Got the boom boom taco & the chicken coop taco on flour tortillas. The flour tortilla's are kinda tough, can tell they aren't made fresh or maybe sat out or something. The flavor of the chicken coop was good/unique and same for the boom boom but the "sweet chili sauce" felt more like a wing hot sauce to me. I've been to this Tipsy Taco twice - the second time was for a Yelp black light party event and it was amazing! Definitely nacho average taco place! ;) Also so glad Tipsy Taco decided to open a new location off of Augusta St. They can get real packed though so be ready to have slower service during prime time hours. Crazy fact about Tipsy Taco though is that they don't have pitchers of margarita but you can get margaritas or other cocktails for about $7-8. My favorite so far has been the frozen screwdriver, rumored to be their strongest drink and I can attest to that! Their food is on point and since they have taco in their name, you got to get their tacos. I've tried their fajitas and tamales before too and everything is so good. - Tipsy Trio: Salsa, guacamole (Holy guacamole! It's so creamy, so fresh) and queso with a large serving of chips. - Surf & Turf: WOW! A whole steaming skillet with delicious tenderloin that just melts in your mouth, chicken, shrimp and topped with skewers of lobster. - Chicken Coop taco: Fried chicken plus slaw in a taco is an amazing fusion taco! - Street Taco: Your traditional pork, cilantro, onion taco. So good! - Tamales: Hmm hmm loved their tamale! It has that warm soft doughy corn exterior around queso and beef. - Frozen screwdriver: A giant glass of deceivingly strong screwdriver. Let me start off by saying YUM! Their chicken tamales were FIRE! Wow! I haven't ate many tamales but theirs were delicious. My husband got three beef filled enchiladas which he really liked and my son got four plain beef soft shell tacos. My son was very impressed - most places who make taco meat don't meet my son's expectations so kudos to Tipsy Taco for this. We got the "street corn"- kind of pricey I believe they were $4.95 per cob. Apparently they are fried and I really didn't like the flavor so I gave it to my husband. My husband also had the beef burrito and he didn't really care for it or the toppings inside. Overall, we would stick to the things mentioned initially.
