SCAM alert. I went in for a simple tire rotation. They said they were going to take off one of my tires and that one of the lug nuts was too tight and that it was going to break. But the lug nuts were previously torqued to factory specs. When I touched the nut, it was very hot. They were the ones that used their gun to over-tighten it. Of course the bolt broke and it resulted in more work. I was very disappointed. read more

I was in a hurry and just stopped by real quick to check if they might have my tire size, and then took their offer to replace one tire. WORST Tire Shop I recently got tire and requested a service and let me tell you I honestly wish I could give zero stars. This place is an absolute nightmare, and I regret ever spending my hard earned money here. I bought a tire for my van that they promised was good quality and "covered under warranty." Less than month later, the tire turned out to be complete garbage, poor quality, constant air leaks, and unsafe to drive on. When I called to ask about the warranty, the owner was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. Instead of helping me they said no it's my fault and they wouldn't even bother to help they just need one time sale not a customer relation. I was shocked at how unprofessional and nasty their attitude was. This is not how you treat customers especially after selling them cheap, low-grade tires at inflated prices. They completely overcharge for junk tires and then refuse to take responsibility when something goes wrong. It's obvious they only care about taking people's money, not providing quality service or standing behind what they sell. The customer service is HORRIBLE arrogant, dismissive, and completely unwilling to help. It honestly feels like they're robbing people. I've never dealt with a business this dishonest or disrespectful. Please don't make the same mistake I did go somewhere reputable that actually values its customers and sells safe, quality products. Very very happy with the customer service and honesty from this tire shop they were had very affordable pricing at $50 a tire including installation. Also they made sure not to overcharge me because I was prepared to pay for four tires and they said two of them are fine so I am not only got a good deal. I also didn't get ripped off. read more

zero star! please do yourself a favor and save your precious time and money. do not go here for wheel alignment. they do not give you the quality service you deserve. my dad and i went here for wheel alignment and didnt even align everything. right after the service i asked why the camber was not adjusted they say they only adjust the "toe" and they cant change the camber or tooling of my mb e350 to be able for them to align it. before my car service, i would think that they are aware of mb having to have a special alignment process or tooling needed for the alignment. they put the blame on my car as they were not honest about having no special tools for camber adjustment from the start. anyway they do not even give a sh*t about their work. they just want free money! your money! so no please do not go here as you are just giving them your money for free! read more

Here my review about how this store does business. I went to this store on Sunday when all tire-shops were closed to replace 4 tires for my Tesla and had very bad experience. First, the store manager-Singh charged me $100 cash or $120 card for labor. After 5 minutes pulling car into work area & went to customer lounge, the labor man called me out to work area & demanded $150. As soon as i said no, he needed to talk to his manager and went in customer lounge. He slammed 3/4 Rims from the mount/unmount machine to the concrete floor. He immediately wiped them with black oil to age the scratches on the Rims (pictures). He also would throw anything to you if you caught him on your phone which I had to call Hayward Police (Police report pictured). Second, they would not use Tesla Plugs to jack your car just to make it fast. This could danger your EV battery. Third, they also took 2 of my Tesla TPMSes Last, If any issue, i would not trust the store owner-Ali who would called & nicely promised you to fix your Rims. He would NEVER do even you leave your Rims there for 3 months, or hire a professional to do at his shop. Finally, I would give Zero star if available and would not recommend this store to anyone to save the reviewers trouble, time, and money. Thanks to yelp! read more

About a month ago; had both my rear tires replaced and I'm back now in the shop because all of a sudden, my 2020 mustang that sits in the garage mainly and is less then 15k miles has a tire pressure sensor warning on the rear left wheel. The shop didn't take ownership of this but Im sure it was the carelessness of the workers that broke it during the installation process. Shop manager charged me $50 but originally was at $75 for a new sensor but not OEM. Upon my research, I did find that the OEM sensors are to last about the 10 year mark or 100k miles+ range. Additionally Ford, took a look and noted that there isn't a fault with the sensor and specified that "it's most likely the shop that worked on the wheels are to be held accountable for this issue". My purpose behind this 1 star review is that the shop should hold accountability for obvious issue that is at their fault address them by fixing it, and not letting the customer pay extra for the fix. Additionally to train their employees better and avoid breaking people brand new cars and its parts. read more

CUSTOMER BEWARE: STAY AWAY FROM THIS SPOT: I called this place first and got a quote on two front tires, the person on the phone told me he would do $100 each tire and that includes balance and alignment for $200 out the door, and now that I'm picking up my car i see in the paper alignment not done, I asked why the alignment not done he said oh it's extra $70, I told him you have told me you would do everything for $200 and now you changing words on me. He wasted 2 hours of my time and didn't do the job he has said, stay away from this place, it's a rip off, you can get the same service done anywhere else for the same price and better service. And any other place would stay upfront of any chargers. Take your business else rather then dealing with these people. That's why no one comes here anymore. I called in early this afternoon to see if they had a used tire for my car. The gentleman on the phone let me know that they did and that it'd be $50. I asked if I could set up an appointment for me to come in to put the tire on as well as get an alignment, to which he said it'd be $100 extra for the alignment and no appointment was needed, just come in before 6:00 PM, which is 30 minutes before they close. I came in at 5:15 PM and the gentleman who seemed to be in charge told me that he could put the tire on but wouldn't be able to do the alignment because it was too late in the day. I let him know that the gentleman on the phone said I did not need an appointment and could just bring the car in and he became very combative telling me that he would not do it. He had the gentleman that I previously spoke to on the phone translate, as he had a heavy accent, and i let the man know I'd be happy to wait until they service the other cars first and take mine last if needed. The gentleman said that would be fine, and once he translated to the gentleman in charge he said as long as I returned before 6:20 PM that would be fine. I was about to head out to the gym when the gentleman in charge changed his mind and said he could not take it today and to come back tomorrow. Very frustrating experience and although the prices are low, the customer service is absolutely terrible. I will not be returning. read more

I went in their Hayward Mission Blvd location it's busy and a bit crowded. The Hayward location had lots of cheap tires and good sales pitch but they bunch of crooks, alignment and balancing terrible job. I service both my cars in Hayward. Now this place in Whipple Union city absolutely sucks, parking is terrible too. I went to this place no one accommodates you, I walk around the shop no one to talk to. Careless. It's true what the other Yelpers say; there is no type of customer service or order here. It's one of those shops where you walk in needing to navigate yourself. No one greets you. They're lazy AF and don't care much for new customers. The only thing that drew me in was the price they quoted over the phone and when we got there, they didn't know what they quoted. Of course they wanted cash for the price. Anyway, we got four tires for a mini SUV for $350 -- you get what you pay for. We went there on a rainy Friday, mid day so it wasn't busy. The job got done in less than an hour, but we noticed the next day, the car was wobbly while driving on the freeway. When we went back to get the wheels balanced, they didn't want to deal with us and said to come back the next day since they were busy and seemed almost annoyed. That's no way to get new customers. ***DON'T COME HERE*** Spent $1200 on 4 brand new tires. Came early and waited. They said they didn't have the tires I wanted at this location so we had to wait about 30 mins for them to bring them from another location. Fine. No problem I am getting the brand I want. Then once they install them they said they didn't do the wheel alignment because "the machine is broken" and to come back in a week. Day two-my tire sensor comes on that I have under inflated tires. Once I look at the tires low and behold all my tire air caps are missing!!!! Text the owner and no surprise no answer. We take it to the other location on mission and everyone is just as confused as the first shop. Had to make two trips just to get what I had paid to get done. Oh at the cherry on top - zero concept of social distancing and covid. Not one employee wore masks at either location. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra money and go to a reputable tire place. I've been going to this place for over 10 years with multiple cars, even referred a bunch of my friends. They used to have the best prices in town. This place was always packed. Well that changed now that they have a new manager Ali. This place is always empty now and I was wondering why when I took my truck in. long story short, I bought 4 tires and rims from Ali and he gave me The wrong tires, Ali said, it was not a problem and that he would exchange the tires soon, that my new tires were out of stock but that he would contact me as soon as they came in. Every time I call Ali, he tells me the tires are in and for me to come the following day or so, But the tires are never there when I go , this guy is full of it, wish he would of just told me I was stuck with those cheap tires he put on my truck. $200 flat, out the door for a tire. Backstory: Someone slashed a tire on my car on a Friday. I had to call for roadside assistance for a tow to get a new tire. I have run on flat tires for my car because that's the suggested tire for my type of vehicle. They are...not the cheapest. I spent my Friday messaging businesses to try and find one that carries my specific tire. Lucky for me, Tire & Wheel Mart came through. I had my car towed on Saturday morning to try and be one of their first customers. Lucky for me, I made that goal. They did have a run on flat tire, in my size. I went back and forth just for them to clear my light out after they promised they will do it If I want to change the tire sensors( i told them that if you cannot clear the light out, don't change the sensors) The employees here also gave me attitude After i came here the third time and they cannot do it, the owner told me to bring my car to his other shop with the same name on Mission Blvd to clear the TPMS light.
