Yesterday I had a low tire so I put air in the tire and then kept an eye on it. This morning it was low again so I knew it had a problem and I called Tire Kingdom in NSB and then drove to their location. They were able to get me in right away and removed a screw and then repaired the tire, also checking the pressure in the other tires. It was very quick and Blaine and the guys were very knowledgeable and nice. I will definitely use them again if I need any of the many services they provide. read more

We used to be loyal customers of Tire Kingdom in New Smyrna, but something has changed there and it's not good. We bought 4 new tires 2 years ago to the month. The two front tires have worn treads and are no longer safe to drive on. Google says tires should last 4-5 years, so we asked Tire Kingdom to discount something towards our buying two new tires. They refused to give us anything saying the front tires wore down because we didn't have them rotated with Tire Kingdom every 5,000 miles. I'll confess I am lax about rotating tires but with similar treatment of tires through the years, I have never had tires wear down in just two years. I now have no faith that Tire Kingdom stocks dependable tires and I have no faith they stand by their products. I'm going elsewhere and I won't be back. read more

I went in because my back tire had a slow leak. They told me I needed four new tires because the tire's tread wouldn't hold a patch. So I asked for two new back tires and they told me it was more important to get two new tires for the front tires. After a lot of back and forth (they confirmed it was the back tire that had the leak but kept saying the front tires are more dangerous) they finally put two new tires on the back. I went to Pep Boys and they told me the tread was okay on the front tires and suggested holding off another 10,000 miles before getting new front tires. When I told them what Tire Kingdom said, they explained some places have to sell tires. I will not go back to Tire Kingdom. read more

I made an appointment for a slow leak in one of my tires. The service was outstanding by both Brian and Joe; from making the appointment and answering my questions thru the repair. We have a vehicle with, unfortunately, the sound suppression foam tires. Over the years, we have had two dealers (for two different vehicles) indicate they could not be repaired and we needed to buy new tires. Quite by chance, we found they could be repaired despite what we are being told. Tire Kingdom in New Smyrna Beach DOES repair the tires. AND, their tire repair service is free. Total win! read more

My step daughter had a flat tire and brought it to here on Monday May 8th. They told her the tire was unrepairable and needed to be replaced. A few hours later when she was driving home the same brand new tire that they had just put on blew out. She went back to the tire shop where they informed her that her TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitor System) sensor was missing and that they would not warranty the tire and wanted another $125 for a tire and $65 for a TPMS sensor. They also stated that the defective TPMS is most likely what caused the first tire to fail. She called her father (Bob) hysterical crying and informed him of what they had told her. Bob asked her to send him a picture of the invoice, along with the phone number to the place. Bob called and asked to speak to a manager (Sam) he was told the same story about a faulty TPMS sensor and that this is most likely what damaged the first tire. Bob questioned the manager if the TPMS sensor was on the rim and asked if the TPMS light was on when she drove off earlier that day with the new tire they installed. The manager said they had checked everything and it was fine and the tire pressure light was not on when she left with the new tire. Bob questioned the Sam why they billed her for a valve stem which they did not put on the vehicle, and how a part that was "defective" and caused the first tire to blow out could have been reused? Bob also asked why they did not rebuild the TPMS sensor as this is a typical procedure when replacing a tire on a vehicle that has an integrated TPMS sensor and valve stem set up. (Bob, unbeknownst to this manager, is in the auto repair industry) Only after realizing the mistake they had made on their end and they could not talk their way out of it did they offer to replace the valve stem and warranty the tire at no charge. I feel the integrity of this shop is questionable and highly recommend not using this shop unless you are very familiar with tires and cars. He should be ashamed of himself! I called today just to verify managers name (which is on the invoice and just saw after calling Sam) and he asked what was wrong, I told him that I just wanted to find out managers name and hung up. Sam then called me back (caller ID) and asked why I was calling, what was the problem. Again, told him just needed the name and I hung up. He called back a 3rd time and I asked him why he was calling me back and he said he wanted to see if he could help me, I told him the issue happened last week and there was nothing he can do at this point and I hung up. He called back again and I asked him to please stop calling this number. That is harassment in my book. Another reason to stay away. Sam also stated that he was an "Area Manager" read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went to get tire changed. First of all I had an APPOINTMENT at 4:00. My car sat out front until 5:00 before they even took it back. They told me my battery was dead, which it wasn't when I got there. Never had a problem with car starting or battery light not on. Car is only 2 years old. At 5:30 they said my tire was done and my car was out front. I got in my car and it wouldn't start. I told them my car wouldn't start and they said we told you your battery was dead. I asked to get jumped to get home and they told me "they didn't have jumper cables". They wanted to charge me $300 to buy a battery from them or I was stuck. They purposely messed with my battery or put a different battery in so I would have to buy one from them. And then lied telling me they couldn't jump start my car so I could go buy my own down the street for much less. They are scam artist and with mess with your car to pressure you into buying or fixing something there. They should be ashamed and not be in business. Trying to scam me because they thought I was a stupid woman and could get away with it. Call them at a quarter to to one p.m. 12/24/20 tell them with a screw in my tire I had their road hazard plan which is not cheap I was told I could bring the car in but they weren't going to change it all they were going to do was put a spare on my tire which would limit my ability to travel anywhere I'm a nurse I needed the tire fixed or replaced I went there I was told I would have to wait till 3:00 or they would try to squeeze me in but they were closing at 3:00 none the less friendly kid changed my tire to a spare attempted to tell me that my tire was not fixable even though the screw was right in the tread not on the sidewall way to go to help a nurse thank you I won't be renewing your plan I won't be buying more tires from you and if I need to replace this tire I will definitely be going somewhere else Thanks for screwing me read more

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. We have bought numerous sets of tires over the years along with road hazard and alignments. Brought my car for tire going flat at noon on Friday. I was told come back tomorrow. They sell all the extras but when it's time to use it, they always have an excuse. Brought the same car, different tire in about 6 months ago, said it couldn't be fixed and they didn't have the same tire, I would have to get a mismatch. I've found that dealing with chain stores whether it's a tire store, hardware, lumber or department store or any other large retail outlet the service is only as good as the management and the talent of those employed at that particular location and its not reasonable to compare one location to another or expect the same level of service. In my opinion it's also my responsibility to have some knowledge so I don't completely have to rely on the business to be upfront and truthful assuming anything else is ignorant and results in experiences expressed in some of the negative reviews posted here. After saying that I found this location to be very professional, customer oriented and extremely helpful. My reason for stopping in here was unrelated to a mechanical issue or the need to purchase tires, brakes, shocks or struts I simply needed my front wheel removed from my truck and the spare installed in its place. Over the past few weeks I notice the tire would lose air pressure after sitting for awhile, after troubleshooting the problem I found that the rim was fractured and required replacement by the dealership or a repair made. I came here because the dealership was closed and figured for a few bucks they could do the swap and I'd be on my way and wouldn't have to touch it. When I arrived it was apparent they were quite busy and I was told it may be an hour or more before they could get a bay free to switch the wheels. After about 5 minutes I noticed one of the technicians moved my truck closer to one of the bay's pulled a hand jack over lifted my truck pulled the spare from under the bed did the swap loaded my tire in the bed of my truck and brought me my keys and thanked me for stopping in and told me no charge. I must have looked a little surprised since this level of service is rare in today's world, after showing the technician my appreciate which he reluctantly accepted I was on my way total time about 15 minutes, this is how business is suppose to be conducted they gained a new customer today. read more
