First, let me say the facility is very clean & nice! The 2 massage therapist were kind. However, we both experienced approx. 50 mins of nothing more than our back being rubbed -and sadly even that wasn't enjoyable. Either you got light/medium, which you couldn't feel any relief. Hard was literally TORTURE. I had to tell her she was hurting me - she was taking her knuckles and digging them in my low back bones. No ma'am. Let me add, I LOVE deep tissue massages. It's my preference yet this wasn't that. To add, when she had me flipped she was rubbing my scalp for a few seconds and then she pulled MY HAIR!!! I think she accidentally pulled way too hard.
