I do not recommend this service. An employee in his 50s or 60s with tartar buildup responded to my question in an extremely rude manner. I considered complaining about his intimidating attitude. I've never seen such a rude employee. I realized you shouldn't trust reviews. He needs to change his attitude. I will never go back and do not recommend it. His most noticeable feature was the severe tartar buildup on his lower teeth. read more

Had a nail in a run flat tire and Beto was able to order me one the morning I called and said it would be installed same day that afternoon. Quoted me a price over the phone for a tire lower than BMW dealer with labor included which the dealer never does... I said order it now I'll see you this afternoon! As soon as I got there, he looked at me and said, "give me a minute let me see if I can't repair this for you." I tried to tell a guy who knows tires better than me that run flats can't be repaired lol but of course I was wrong, tires are not my strong suit. He was able to repair it, showed me that the damage was minor and tested it for me before I paid. I was out the door in 15 minutes and he saved me a substantial amount of money. The guys are awesome, very nice people, very professional job, very reasonable price. Whoever thinks that wheel removal is an easy thing might be wrong is some cases, some of the car wheels have a lock in mechanism so that it secures it even when the bolts are off. And you need to work on it to unlock it. These guys are very careful while removing wheels not to scratch them. Some other places just hit the wheel to loosen it and scratch it or even bent the back plate. These guys are really patient and professional. I really appreciate the job done, thank you guys. Let's be real, all tires places have or are able to get the same tires as everyone else. The difference comes down to a few dollars difference in price and the service. Beto (the owner) could of charged me $100 more and I still would have left a happy customer. The service was that good. The shop is nothing fancy, just 100% good work and excellent service. I came to get my tire checked because this was a 5 Star Rated place. the second I walked in, the guy had an attitude with me, like he was annoyed that he had a customer. So he checked my tire and then told me I had to pay him for the tire check. When I told him i don't have cash, he got even more of an attitude with me, how is that my fault? which place only takes cash in the year 2020? What kind of business do you have? that was shady, horribe customer service and mean attitude, so I definitely won't be coming back here again. To business owner. No this is the right place. Same address i put into my gps, and the photos look like the exact same business i was at, one of your employees must not know you take cards or was trying to get some extra cash or something.
