There are 2 parking spaces out the front. The lady, Tracy who helped me was lovely. She said she wasn't sure if they could make the ring smaller but did say they could potentially add tiny balls inside the ring to reduce the inside circumference. I left he ring with her and got a text two days later to explain what work could be done. The refitting and cleaning of the ring took about a week and a half and I could not be happier with the results. A lovely local jewellers that definitely know there stuff!

I wandered in in looking to get my beloved shoes re-heeled. He said it would take about 20 minutes and would cost £9. I suppose that is relatively steep for some people, but considering that I love these shoes and I can finally wear them again AND the real TLC he gives the shoes - polish, shine the whole shebang, I was more than happy to pay! He did a stellar job, is incredibly friendly and chatty and has a good sense of humour. He showed me pictures of some of the repairs he's done, and I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the state of the shoes that some people bring in. Anything from Doc Martins to Jimmy Choo's (they were ghastly, I was shocked!), he managed to make everything look brand new, no matter how little leather was left. This would probably also be the place to come to get keys cut, glass engravings, belt notch making. I have yet to require any of these services, however, I know where I'll be going when the time comes. I am super happy with the service in this place, and can only recommend Jim and craftsmanship! All the work was complete within about 24hrs and we picked our revamped Dyson back up the very next day. It was very clean and works well now, so pretty happy. We even took my mum's old dyson here a few days later for a service too. Definitely check the store is actually open before you head out to drop off / pick up as we popped along and it was closed a good 20 minutes before the stated closing time.
