The most recent purchase was sight unseen, Mike called me to tell me he was not happy with the vehicle after a close inspection, he spoke to the GM and was replacing all 4 tires and a leaking CV joint. OBVIOUSLY, a used vehicle bares some risk and the dealership can't possibly know every possible mechanical failure. Mike has been honest, worked to meet my needs and has defiantly steered me away from vehicles out of my request. Go see Mike Walsh at Murray, I promise you will be happy if YOU'RE are honest in your request. You don't get champagne on a beer budget. I have also used the service department, mostly satisfied. But I will admit once my new truck had stains on the seat from a sloppy service provider that moved my truck...but only once. Only three things to say on vehicle finance. Number 1, know what you (need) not want before you set foot on the lot. Number 2, Call your bank and get preapproved BEFORE you shop. If you did #1 & #2, be prepared to walk away, take a friend with you that has no benefit from your purchase and if they say, "let's go get some lunch and come back" it's time to leave! My experience with this dealer has been probably one of the worse ones I have ever dealt with.  I…read morecalled on a truck that I was interested in.  I live over 5 hours away.  It was a 2020 F150 King Ranch with only 25k miles on it.  The salesman was Mike, I forget his last name but his wife is a doctor is what he said.   I specifically told him that if the truck smelled like cigarettes then I will pass.  He said it was never smoked in.  He also said that this truck had 5 years and 150K mile warranty on powertrain.  He said that the oil was changed and the cabin air filter was also replaced.    When I got there, the smell inside of the truck wasn't bad.  It had just been detailed and air freshener added to it.  When i purchased the truck, there was no more warranty.  So this was the 2nd lie.  The first lie was about the cigarette smoke.  2 days after I had the truck, it started to smell terribly.  I had to spend a lot of money on a real detail on it and an ozone generator to get rid of the horrific smell.  In the process I felt it was a good idea to change the cabin air filter.  This is the 3rd lie.  It was old, full of bugs and leaves.  So this guy all he did was lie to me all the time to sell me this truck.  I let it go and changed it adding Lysol to disinfect the A/C system.   The truck had a bad door lock, buttons inside the cabin, bad tweeter and a bad 360 camera.  They took the truck and fixed the door lock and the buttons but the rest they didn't fix.   when the truck said the oil life was at 10% I decided to change the oil.  I do this work myself because I'm picky and I like to do the most work and repairs myself.  There was basically no oil in this engine.  Only like 5 quarts and the oil was very burnt.  This guy lied to me again and this time about the OIL!!!  the life of the truck is the oil and this guy lied to me about this also.   I called the dealer to complain.  A sales manager by the name of Jon answered and he was very apologetic and said that someone above him would reach out to me.  I waited and waited and no call back.  I reached out again and I was told that the General Manager, Jose Negron was going to call me.  Nothing!!!!  I reached out again and he finally called me.  He said he was going to herp me out.  I asked for the 5 year and 150k warranty that i was promised as compensation for the fiasco.  He said he was going to call me back.  He never did.   I want the people to know and to beware of making a purchase at this dealer.  They lie to you to get you to buy a vehicle.  Then if there is a problem????  Good luck!!!   Buyer Beware!!!!

We were baited into coming in with a deal that was clearly discussed and agreed upon over the phone the day before. However, once we arrived, the entire offer changed in the opposite direction! When we calmly asked for clarification about the promises that had been made, instead of addressing our concerns, he told us he could simply refuse to do business with us. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic just to get us through the door and then attempt to upsell the deal. The only positive part of the experience was the finance manager. Who was very professional, respectful, and genuinely tried to make it right. Unfortunately, the management completely overshadowed that effort. Would not recommend purchasing any vehicle from Murry CDJR, based on how we were treated!

Finally got car, then after a month the temporary tag expired, so I contacted the dealer as they were supposed to file for permanent tag, but guess what, they lost the paperwork again. I called at 10:45 and Aaron said just got it in and up on lift and would call soon with update. Aaron called back at 1:15. Said should replace hub and bearing because it got so hot, along with caliper on right side and pads and rotors on both sides as the left side brake pads weren't much better than the right. The truck was just inspected by my mechanic of many years last Friday. At that time there was more than half of the pad left. Approx cost of $1,144. I told him to do just caliper, rotor, and pads on right side. Outrageously expensive at $497.54. I believe I was taken advantage of being a traveler who discovered the problem here, rather than a local customer. Classic.
