We are STILL waiting on a new one. We have gone weeks during extreme heat advisories, with temps in our home reaching 87 degrees. We were told the day it went out it would be in at the end if the week or the first of the following week. Nothing. We call. Still not in. Then we are told it would arrive on July 25. It is July 29, still nothing. Had we been told upfront how long this would take for a repair part, we may have opted for a new unit even though ours is only 7 years old. Their service techs are great, but I can't help but think at this point we are getting the run around and being lied to. If it takes half a month, or longer at this point to get a coil, how long would it take to get a new unit ? I'm hot, I'm over this and frustrated beyond belief....oh, and our wooden doors in the home won't fully close or fully slide shut, our refrigerator is "sweating" and dripping water between the doors, and we now have mold in the home as well from the humidity.
