A lot to unpack on this one... visited this location and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Issac and Tony.. was told that I didn't budget because of self-employed taxes. Which I was OK with and can understand. But my complaint is about these two gentlemen, insisting that I pretend that I work for my parents company and that they would help me get paystub's and W-2s.....And then they can make the deal work.  Stated they do this all the time .... First off that's fraud and second off how unprofessional do you not buy from this place. read more

My fiancé and I visited Titan a few times and finally chose our home. Our sales guy said he had just sold the same home for $139,000 down from $152,000 and assured us we could get the same deal. We signed on a brand new manufactured home from Titan in December 2024. The experience was going pretty well with our sales guy, Ty. Our home was delivered and sat there for weeks with no work being done "because of the holidays". Fast forward to the end of January and we were still waiting on everything. Now into February and the first payment was due, we paid it and still waiting for septic, well, and pretty much everything. After asking, we turned to complaining. We had to be out of our apartment at the end of February. Work began, septic installed, well installed and contacters that worked inside the home were somewhat done. We completed red carpet with numerous items that needed to be fixed. The contractor noted our concerns, he asked us to sign his paperwork that had all of our mentions noted and then said we could pick up our keys. He stated he would be back to repair all that we mentioned and never came back. We were able to move in the last weekend of February into March 1, and no one has returned to fix anything. We reached out to Ty, he provided my number to Caleb McCardle, regional manager. We briefly spoke about the issues and I have not heard any resolution that he can provide. Now, I am in contact with Tony, another regional manager. I have provided him a letter, pictures on March 17 and he continues to tell me he will return my call but still has not. My fiancé has had to replace a toilet that did not work on that same weekend of moving in. He had to fix the kitchen sink because the basket was not set properly which leaked water underneath. The floor has adhesive, the trim and floor is not tacked down, doors do not shut unless you lock them to keep them from opening on their own. And I chose the home to be white and black, it came blue and black and guess what, they never came back to paint it. The pile of issues continues on our brand new home. They are very quick to promise you a great home and to take your money but they are horrible at responding back and not taking care of their customers Stay far away from this company. read more

Beautiful homes, attentive staff, and quality builds! When I was looking to purchase a manufacture home I was at a complete loss and did not know what I wanted nor did I know what to do to get started. I decided to reach out on Facebook to Titan Factory Direct and was referred to this dealership/ location. Although they were closed on Sundays, I was still contacted by Breckin Coffeey who was very flexible with his schedule in order to help me find my dream home. He was very down to earth and nice to work with. He made me feel confident with the process by addressing all of my questions and more. Not only did he reach out to me individually but when I was concerned about buying land vs renting a lot, he was just a text away. More importantly, he orchestrated a conversation between me and his finance team during a time that met my needs. Because of Breckin and Titan Factory Direct staff, I felt like part of a family and appreciated all the individual assistance I was given. The reason I did not give full stars was because I felt the buying/customization process was easy, but I felt like I had to do a lot more work on locating land and lot options than I originally expected. Made an appt to see some repos. Husband took off work, we went over to meet with Lance. Waited till 1:15. He then passed us off to a sales man who had been there 3 weeks, who gave us the sales pitch. We explained we had an appointment to see repos, he the explained HE HAD NO REPOS ON THE LOT. I asked the question... so we drove across town to meet and look and you have nothing to show us? He explain he was just the middle man. Lance came in and asked him to show us 3 of THEIR homes. One was almost cardboard. 40k, the one we liked was 30k over our budget. Then the pressure sales started... "just give us $1000 to secure your home". I had told the other salesmen i wanted him to email me 10-15 repos so we could look at everything. As of today ( 7 days later) there is no email! This place just want to sell upper priced homes. We will not be buying from this company ever. read more

I had a really positive experience with Breckin and the team there. They were friendly, and professional. We ended up not buying a manufactured or modular home after all so they ended up returning our deposit, even after they made a site visit to assess the land. Really thankful for their great work even though we didn't end up buying. I would work with them in the future if we ever decide to get a modular/manufactured home. read more

After searching for places to buy a mobile homes Titan Homes actually gave us a chance to actually buy one, but this couldn't be possible without Cabel in the New Braunfels location. He helped us and stay in contact throughout the whole process and even recommended others places and not pushing us to buy the house before looking into further homes, he was very humble,respectful, and communicating with him we were able to build a relationship with him and that's how business should be done. My husband and I visited all the other mobile home companies over a 2 month period including Titan. We are not first time buyers so we kinda know what to expect when we visit places. Our biggest pet peeve is being pushed and hearing rehearsed salesman pitches. We walked into Titan and was greeted by Adam Rivas. He did an amazing job and was a down to earth person that was never pushy and made us feel like we were important. After looking at a few models we decided on a Oak creek (yes they have all makes) and told him we needed to go and think about it. He said of course and handed us his card. We left there feeling good and not stressed (good sign). Called Adam a few days later and told him we wanted it and to start the process. I took him a deposit to start and i got all my conditions together and we were approved 3 days later. This is my 4th house (1st mobile home) i have bought and let me tell you this has been the easiest, less stressful and happiest purchase I have ever made. I will get my new home in about 3-4 weeks and I'm excited. I highly recommend Adam and the new GM Joseph for the most easiest process ever! **UPDATE** Dec 3,2015 I don't recommend buying a Oakcreek model. They just now 7 months later came out to finish cracks among other things. After getting frustrated because calls were ignored, I went to home office! They kept giving me the run around and out right caught them in lies! I recommend Titan but not Oakcreek model. They are poorly constructed. Cracks are re appearing. I actually suggest buying the floor model on lot because they know it's a show model and go the extra mile on appearance. I will update as time goes on... I need to go leave a review at oakcreek Now. **update** Sept 3, 2016 We added on to the house and when we took the window out and cut for a new door we already found that the walls were water damaged. They poorly constructed the roof and flashing wasn't done right therefore water leaked and came through the walls. Had to replace wood that is only a year and a half old. We went to look at a few homes recently. We are planning to build a commercial kitchen and curing room on our farm and need the home to live in while we build. We did some research on line but really wanted to go see a few in person. First place we stopped was Titan. The first sales person was fairly nice and knowledgeable. The management was the problem. First they came in to the office we were in twice in the first 15 minutes to "show they were there in case we had questions." Then after a grueling question and answer session, the two managers came in, shut the door and started pressuring us to give them money. "You aren't going to get anything better or any better offers. No other manufacturer is going to match what we have so what is it going to take to get you to commit right now and leave a deposit today?" Finally I got a bit ticked off and said, "Maybe if you showed us an actual home we might have something to consider." One of them got so frustrated he was getting mad at me. We told them repeatedly we were committed to looking at a minimum of 3 manufacturers before we made a decision. He was very pushy, did not listed to our concerns or requests and lied to us several times (no one has _____, no other manufacturer gives ______ warranty...." Even if I decided these were the best homes I would NEVER purchase from these type of pushy salesmen. Very rude. Very disrespectful and even said "We're just trying to not waste your time" even though they wasted more than an hour with their pushy sales tactics before they even let us see a home. My husband and I bought the Pebble Beach from Titan Factory Direct, Elmendorf. We are beyond disgusted, exasperated, frustrated, and just flat out angry with Titan Factory Direct, Alamo transport (their contractors), and champion homes. We moved in on the 5th of July with high expectations. Quickly they were dashed. The manager @ Elmendorf, Michael Macdonald has misled us along with not following through on promises he made. If it was to effect him or the bottom line we would be forgotten about. The epitome of the stereotypical salesman. His whole staff is the same way. We did a walk through with him and his finance officer. Things were pointed out and written down. His contractors, Alamo Transport have picked and chose what they would fix. Everyday our list grows. Saw cuts in doors, stain not complete in both bathrooms cabinets, objects underneath linoleum, mortar missing under mantel, grout missing in master bath, no latch on gate to exit out of backyard, no driveway done, etc... Alamo transport has been ignoring our phone calls. My opinion: they are crooks. Haven't heard anything from Champion Homes. Not sure if they stand behind their product. Due to a major air conditioner problem, we are having to sleep in one of the secondary bedrooms because there is no air flow to the master suite. My husband and I have heard through the grapevine that some engineers are working on it. No one has called either one of us to tell us what is going on. Though it has been mentioned many times by us, communication is important and from all of these companies, there has been a considerable lack of communication. Though the models show beautifully at their lots, our finished product from all three involved is terrible. We don't recommend Titan Factory Direct, Alamo Transport, or Champion homes. Go elsewhere for your manufactured home and hopefully they will use someone other than Alamo Transport. FYI: NO RESCINDING THIS TIME. read more

Kelley E, I'm sorry you had a bad experience but I've been shopping around for the past year or so and everytime I've visited Titan Factory Direct I've had nothing but great service. One of the salesmans, Annette, (ask for her because she is not pushy and will do whatever she can to accommodate) came late last year and has always helped me out! I'm fairly certain that my husband and I will choose to go with a Titan Factory Direct home with Annette's help. I tell all my friends to go to her because she helped us find the perfect ideal home and matched it to our needs! I'm just beside myself and I can't wait to start this new chapter!
