The bathroom is beautiful! Tiled walk-in shower with great glass enclosures is impressive, along with beautiful lighting, the pocket door leading off the adjoining bedroom is spot on. The "stacked" washer and dryer, 60" vanity with double sinks is a great feature. Replaced our old deck with a beautiful new one, with a cover grafted into the house with Bead board and ceiling fan, beautiful railing finishing off. Very pleased with the quality of workmanship and pricing. Mr Lilly is great to work with, great knowledge of construction work, honest, does what he says he will do! We highly recommend Lilly Home Improvement.

Don't let the owner fool you because their house is no where nearly finished and I would not trust him to make a birdhouse. They started with him in March and he has been paid an outlandish amount of money and they have gotten nothing but remedial work and more excuses than you could imagine and the owner is disabled. I have seen the contract no beginning date or ending date and he's received $40,000. to date only to be put at the back of the line. They were without a working kitchen for weeks and weeks last summer. I could understand delays if materials weren't available however they have bought their own materials. The last sub he sent was cutting Porcelain Tile with a Grinder. No water nothing. Looks like Predatory Business Practices to me because he was suppose to deal with his wife and she is definitely a no nonsense kind of woman and after she complained about the fact that she gave him a $10,000. deposit because they needed it done and done in a reasonable amount of time. This guy goes to see the husband and told him that he needed more money for the generator the husband wanted. Still no sight of it and that was 5 months ago. Go enjoy your new deck these poor people didn't deserve this and they are new to the area and it's quite a SHAME that he is doing this to them

Ewing Cabinet is not a good contractor for remodeling kitchens. You will pay premium prices but…read moreyou will not get premium quality results. The most significant and non-repairable poor quality work from my remodel centered around the tile flooring. Ewing did not properly level the floor prior to laying out the tile and did not use floor leveling spacers during installation. As a result, numerous tiles are not level with each other which is very noticeable. They also did not install the under floor heating cable properly. Around 5, and up to 8 inches of exposed floor near the fronts of the counters (under the toe space) did not get heating cable installed. If you are standing in front of any of the counters you will feel the front part of your foot as cold and the back part of your foot as warm. This is very annoying if you are barefoot or are only wearing socks. Less significant issues involved not flashing the siding at the bottoms of the new window openings to protect the siding from rain seeping from behind the window trim until I told them they had to do so. They did not smooth out the interior trim work joints (baseboards, window/door trim) until I told them to do so. There also was a design issue that I caught early on that I feel should have never been presented to me. There were other issues but I will leave this review to these. One of the most frustrating things is that many of these issues are low-cost issues that could have easily been performed properly from the beginning yet they did not do so. No matter who you get to do your remodel, watch them like a hawk and learn the basic trades of what is needed to properly perform your remodel. Get details in the contract as well.
