This business has caused me such enormous stress and anxiety in the past week and a half that I'm seriously considering meeting with an attorney to seek compensation for my ongoing suffering. All I wanted was some propane delivered and that seems so simple yet after calling for a propane delivery 3x in the past week I have yet to receive any propane. It's infuriating because all 3x I've called they've told me it's on its way or it's coming the next day or the last call I made the lady said the driver had just delivered to customer #11 And that I was in line to be customer #14. And still no propane has been delivered. I am now out of propane and very confused/distressed as to what is going on. All I want is some stinking propane. I don't know what game they're playing but they're really bad at their job. So tomorrow I plan to once again for the 4th time call them and politely request a propane delivery. Uggghhh ....does anyone care about doing their job well??? And if there is some sort of issue or problem then i really really wish they could communicate it to me rather than tell me over and over and over that my propane is "on its way". Its all so super disappointing, frustrating, aggravating, distressing, anxiety filled, enraging, and now I'm freezing because I've run out. Through this whole time I've also had a money order waiting for titan on my tank and you'd think they'd want their money. Sooooooo REDICULOUS. read more
