We spent a few hours with a group of Cornell alumni and friends for the summer cornell Cares activity. PBC is a wealthy area but there are over 192,000 people including over 50,000 children who are food insecure. In an assembly one of scooping, weighing, packaging, sealing and labeling, we packed rice for over 17,000 meals. A great place to volunteer!

We had called last week to get an…read moreestimate and he answered all our questions and explained to us what type of product he uses and what his entire process was. He was straightforward with what he was going to do and how much it was, no upselling or sales pitch of any kind. Other companies were quick over the phone not reassuring us of the process and basically leaving us to simply trust that the completed job will be good, while others offer these complicated tiers of different applications at different costs. Jose was able to start a day earlier than scheduled which was awesome and went straight to work. He was very meticulous with the prep work prior to any application making sure that the initial layer will bond with the floor correctly. He had pointed out an issue with water coming into the garage due to a reverse slope and he went above to try to block the area from getting water inside before leaving for the day. He came back the following morning and finished the rest of the job and it came out absolutely amazing. He also even went above and beyond to leave a tarp outside due to the water issue just to give it time to cure some more in case it rained again to prevent water from getting inside. He had to make another trip later that evening just to retrieve his tarp. If we need epoxy flooring in the future, we will definitely use him again, he's communicative, knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and you can tell he's very proud of his work, because we are.
