She was patient and kind throughout the entire process and she was key in helping me resolve my real estate transaction in a prompt and professional manner. The security procedures that they have in place led me to feel comfortable and confident that my transaction needs were being met to the best of their abilities. Everything happened as they'd outlined up front and though there was a minor delay in the process; The delay was due to my own clerical issues and not theirs.
