This title company works very slowly and has the seller doing some of the work the title company should be doing. I've never dealt with a title company like this one. Every time I go in to deliver some information that I've had to get for them, two women are just working around. They could not honor my request to close earlier than scheduled that was made two weeks before. My mother needed a second surgery that they knew about. Closing will take place the day after her surgery. So now, we have a mess. If my frail 90 year old mother does not make it through surgery, all goes to probate including the house the buyers are buying. What do I have to do? I have to rent to the buyers until the probate process is through. If they could have worked a bit faster, I would be a happy camper. We could have closed. Now, I have a lot or what ifs.......They don't even have their name on this site. Find another title company unless you want to do the work for them and wait forever to close. read more
