The staff for the most part are friendly at the one across from the fair grounds however they don't seem to be very kno once you take out a loan as well as lie to you about the payments and how they work making it impossible to pay off your loan would not recommend doing business with them and will not ever in the future. read more

My rating would be no stars if I could. They trick you by not explaining that you're payment only covers interest it never gets applied to the loan. We asked them flat out if it was going to pay towards the loan and they said of course. We lost our van to them because the payments was so high just for it to cover interest only. Real scum bags honestly. In fact as soon as we signed the paperwork which the scroll through so fast and quickly tel you what it says (which apparently they didn't really) their personality completely changed towards us. They went from being super friendly to acting like we were bothering them. Don't fall for this company. Oh and they also made me leave a good review on google be I left there office. No wonder there are now bad reviews. I have since deleted it. If you don't want to take my word for it. Google them so many lawsuits have been filed against them. I wish I had looked further into them. Never again! read more

would give no star if it was an option. Used them to help cover lawyer fees on a short notice. Spoke to them over the phone letting them know I would be a week late on my payment. literally harassed me everyday with phone calls and by the 3rd day was threatening to repo my car. And I still made my payment on the day I said. I was charged almost $100 in late fees FOR 1 WEEK late. and still proceed to pile on late fees because now I have to redo my contract for being a week late. Worse company. I was told if I ever had to be late to let them know (when I started the loan). Nothing was said of a late fee or how they planned on harassing me everyday with phone calls. Seriously regret using them. read more

I found DBS Tax through a friend and took a chance. First of all their office is easy to find in Cleveland and we were taken right in even though we were an hour early for our appointment. James was awesome! This was by far the best experience I have ever had doing my taxes. James was very kind, funny, and didn't rush us or make us feel like just another client. It was so affordable to do my taxes I was so shocked. James was outgoing with a great personality and did an amazing job. Great customer service. I have found my new tax guy. I would and will recommend him and DBS to anyone looking for honest, wonderful and personable service. I will be going back to him every year and use DBS if I need any other things they offer.
