Susan, the lady running the place, has…read moretreated me & my husband so disrespectfully & I know she has pocketted at least 90-100$ from money I was trying to pay to my Principal on my loan! I went in on June 11th to get a title loan and on that day she said that I could come in at anytime before my due date to pay on my principal to lower my payments and pay my loan off quicker. So on June 27th I came in with money to pay on the principal before my due date & Susan says it was great I came in early to pay some & she will refinance me and get me a better monthly payment. At that time I got a refinance & a lowered monthly payment and my due date changed to 27th so now my next payment was due on July 27th. Well the day of July 27th they call me to remind me to come in and pay so of course I did and I paid over the amount owed so I could pay some to my principal. The next month on August 27th i pay my bill like normal & all is well. Then September rolls around and I bring a payment on September 17th of 92$, thinking since it's before my due date, that all of that 92$ would go to principal! The lady working that day wasn't Susan and she said she would put it to my principal. The lady also said I owed my payment on the 25th instead of the 27th. I was wondering why the payment date changed so today I decided to call & ask. Susan answered the phone and she said the dates will change if the month is longer than 30 days & I understood that & was fine with that. Then she goes into my payment history & told me the money I paid on September 17th didn't go to my principal, it went to my payment. I was shocked because I thought that payment went to my principal! So she says let me pull up all your contracts and receipts & she would call me back. She waits over an hour to call me back and then tells me that she didn't receive a payment from me in June at all and I was late by 16 days in the month July! She would never confirm with me that she refinanced me on June 27th. I have no clue if my money ever went to anything on June 27th because all I got was a refinance contract & no receipt & the contract stated my new payment date was the 27th of each month I also paid in cash so she could have easily pocketted my money!! Which I paid on each time & never was late! So she lied to me about that or didn't even want to talk about it then she tells me that we only call you when your bill is late which isn't true cause they always call me on my due date & I have used them in the past & they used to call me on my due date back then too! So I decided to go up there where she immediately says I don't need to get snarky with her & I told her I was there to figure this out and pay my bill. I brought proof where I was refinanced on June 27th showing my next bill was due on July 27th & she would not agree with me or explain anything to me everytime I asked she said you won't let me get a word in and I gave her multiple times to answer and all she had to say was yes I see this and you are right cause I was clearly but I feel as though that money that I paid that day was stolen and she didn't want to get into it with me, she wanted me to look like the idiot. She kicked my husband out of the store and said we were being violent and we hadn't done anything but just stand there and ask a question! I thought she was gunna call the cops on us for no reason & then I told her I wanted to pay my bill and she said okay I'll have to refinance you then and I said heck no I just want to pay my bill and get a receipt! Then she lies again and says that every time you make a payment you have to be refinanced which is a bold face lie because I have made payments before and just got a receipt not a refinance! I think she is purposely refinancing people just to skim off the top & steal from us!!! I then went and got all the money I had to go pay of my loan and get my title back so I would never have to see her face again! I am calling the better business bureau on this business! Susan needs to be fired!
