Instead of explaining options clearly or offering support, she spoke in a condescending manner that made the process uncomfortable and frustrating. What is even more concerning is that the company continues to employ her despite multiple similar complaints. Additionally, customers are asked to leave reviews while still waiting on loan approval, which raises serious concerns about the authenticity and timing of the positive reviews you may see. When you're dealing with something as important as a loan, professionalism, respect, and clear communication matter. Unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I would strongly recommend looking into other companies or representatives who treat clients with basic courtesy and professionalism.

There was a lot of people waiting to make payments and I was the only one sitting waiting to take out a loan. I do feel as though they let a lot of people skip me because of this and I was there for an hour waiting patiently to sell my soul to the devil. After an hour of waiting I decided to leave. I did think about coming back but I received a blessing to where I didn't have to use this service at all. Will I ever come back to this location umm no! Parking is terrible there but the employees that work there were nice and kept on apologizing for the inconvenience.
