I only learned about it in October from an outside source. I then had to freeze my Social Security number and change 18 bank account numbers to protect myself from identity theft. I provided my tax information with plenty of time to file, but due to last-minute requests and inconsistent instructions, my taxes were ultimately filed late, resulting in approximately $60,000 in delinquency fees and penalties. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.

I sent a request through their online form after business hours, and I had a response at 8 AM the next day. I met with Justin, and he was friendly and professional. I told him I had had a bad experience in the past with an accountant charging me hourly and ending up with a huge bill. He agreed to give me a set price and told me about it up front. No hidden fees. I got him my paperwork about 3 weeks before the deadline, and he had everything done within a week. He called with bad news-I owed a TON of money, but he did a great job of helping me find things that I could expense that I missed. He helped reduce what I owed by about a quarter. They sent my personal information to another person too. Ever since then, I continually get emails asking me if I would like to refinance. I have selected to opt out ( located on the bottom of the email ) of receiving emails on many occasions. I also emailed John Weaver and President Charles Boner requesting to be removed. After doing so, the email frequency has increased. I am keeping a copy of all correspondence and considering legal action.
