Most would be surprised to learn that it is neither Federal nor a Bank. The Federal Reserve was created in 1913 and is the central banking system of the United States. It controls the money system of the country. Sometimes, the Fed does tours (Atlanta was awesome) but this branch was not open today. It's a weekend.. Instead, I walked around to see if they'd dropped any money on the street - Saint Louis has the "H" stamp on currency. None to be found today but I could hear the printers cranking out money like it's going out of fashion. [Review 19844 overall - 396 in Tennessee - 817 of 2023.]

I am James Moore and i making this review in regards too Patrick Flinchum; Business banking…read morerelationship Manager. on 10/23/25, Thursday. in regards to a business line of credit, he said he would run my credit and get back with me by the following Monday, the 27th he never called. i called him today 10/28/25, Tuesday. and Mr. Flinchum barely remembered my name. after going through what he said was someone else's notes, he came up that my credit was 702 and that i needed a 720 and that there was a business credit card on my business credit profile that was in collections of $112 from 8-18-2023. last payment of 10 dollars. First, I would like to say that's totally bogus. not to mention Mr. Flinchum could not give me anymore information other than that. Mr. Flinchum is a total waste of time, this man didn't even look at my account with first horizon bank. I don't know how he got his position, i read his LinkedIn report which looks like he's been bouncing around from bank to bank, which tells he is not professional or consistent. i am, considering discontinuing my banking with this bank, because of this, James Moore.

Suntrust is now Truist. The transition was smooth and seamless as a very trusted bank was absorbed…read moreinto the larger body. My first statement under Truist listed a $20 Monthly Maintenance Fee. I had sufficient funds in both savings and checking, so called Customer Service. Because of the fact I do not have a mortgage, credit card, or other loan through Truist, they will now charge me a monthly maintenance fee. $180 per year to use my money to give those loans to earn the interest that keeps their profits rolling. I may earn a few dollars in interest over that same year. The point of personal banking is that your financial institution PAYS YOU for allowing them to use your money on all sorts of profitable investments. To charge you $20 a month because you are not in debt to them is absolutely insane. If your grandma or anyone who may not have these debts to Truist hasn't carefully checked their statements, do them a kindness and protect them. I'm closing my account with them today, and transferring all my funds to a local institution who does not charge me to use my money to make their profits. This is a trend that can not gain any steam.

Literally felt welcome from the moment I walked through the door. Mr. Mac's personality most definitely will have clients returning. He engage with you from the moment you walk in up until you leave. I actually enjoyed my visit versus just going in to handle business! Monica was also nice and very detailed on the services, loan, and agreements. She made us feel like we've known her for a while.
