I was a long term member of SFCU, along with my husband and children. I lost my job, defaulted on…read moremy loan and they locked me out of my account. They then drained the money from my childrens accounts to pay for my loan. Now my husband was calling the member service center for help with his account but the woman asked him a question he couldn't answer. I told him the answer and she terminated the call specifically because she heard me talking. We have abandoned our accounts and left sfcu. They have been a nightmare to work with and I advise you to not do business with this bank. To top it all off, the local branch manager won't let her tellers say happy hanukka bit insists on them saying merry Christmas

They make it impossible to make your truck payment. Every month it's a different rule. This day in time I cannot make my payment online without depositing money into a savings account, which they opened for me to even get the loan, I don't bank with them so my savings is somewhere else. Also I cannot make the payment by phone. It takes an act of Congress to pay my payment. And Brittney is the most unsympathetic person I have ever spoken with. My first payment I went into the branch and you had to have a member ID number, all I had was my account number so I couldn't pay it. My point is this is a very difficult branch to work with.

They finally see me, but with the manager being unreasonable and rude. The manager is unreasonable, even though you can show him appointment was made.
