If it would allow me to I would leave a zero. I have dealt with the tullahoma store for fast emergancy quick cash on,five separate cars. Each time I have paid the title loan. Each time I have had to increase the loan amount they would work with me to get the amount or even,more than I needed increased. This time around I have had nothing but issue after issue. Yes my payments are current. But when I asked for a $100 increase, they told,me they had to do another value assessment. They then proceeded to,tell me,not only did I not get the increase but my value of my car dropped from 1250 to 750. Now, if I went to sell my car right now at an extremely low value, I could sell it for 2500. If I wanted close to blue book or nada book values the car at 4500. Yet your company tells me,my car is only worth 750. The manager proceeds to tell me that they now average cars together to get the loan value average. Meaning that if there are 20 cars like mine in the area they value each one and then,get an average. So if you have 20 cars valued at 4500 each, my car value would get max loan,amount of,2500. However if my car is valued at 4500 and the other 19 cars like mine are valued at. 250 that my car would only get a 460 dollar loan. Doesn't matter my car is valued at 4500, it matters that the other 19 cars in area like,mine are pieces of crap and makes my car a piece of crap.
So basically titlemax no longer gives you a loan,based on your car value, but gives you a loan based on everyone else's car value. So easy way to make some quick money.
The average value of a 2003 ford f150 at tullahoma titlemax is 2000 dollars. So you go find 4 piece of crap 2003 ford f150 buy them at 500 dollars each. Go to this titlemax and get title loans for 2000 each. Never pay the loans back and you have profited 6000. But make sure you don't have a nice car that has a bunch of crap cars lowering your average. Cause then you can't get 1/8th of the value of your car loaned to,you. Oh and this is also all the while I have paid off 5 loans over 10 years.
On another note, Angela and,john were absolutely wonderful to work with any time any day. But when,john left and they brought the Manchester girl down, while she is nice, she does nothing to go out of her way to help the customer. If it is possible for more to be done just with a simple,phone call, don't plan,on,it getting done,or,better cause she absolutely won't lift a finger to help. The first answer is always your only and final answer!!
After this loan is,paid off, title max will lose me as a customer forever! So disappointed how bad this place of business has fallen in the last few years. read more
