Plus, I'm not sure the employees actually have that much control, since I'm sure most of their direction comes from corporate. However, my first impression today was the bathrooms! Wow....truly disgusting! They have two gender neutral private bathrooms and both were nasty. One was much worse than the other and not pictured. The one I used was worse than a port-o-potty in all honesty and there were no seat covers or paper towels. The second thing is that the products are so jammed together and the isles are so tight they barely fit a cart, yet alone multiple people. They do have some great products, but too much and very over stimulating. Finally, the music was so loud and the store was hot. I really dislike having to listen to ads for a store that I'm already shopping in and being asked to sign up for their credit card each time, even after hearing ads and seeing signs. I think it's time Marshalls gets updated!

Of all the stores I visited, the customer service was very chill or beachy, where no one really bothers you or try to sell you anything. Visitors and shops all seem pretty friendly. There's multiple parking lots in the area. You can also take the trolly to the outlets, if you're traveling by train. Only takes about 25 minutes if it's not too busy, or a full trolley ride. I didn't see much food choices here. but a few coffee shops. There's a noodle place that I saw that looked interesting. Maybe at my next visit.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 3:30 p.m. and arrived early at 3:20 p.m. Despite having an appointment, my vehicle wasn't even brought into the service bay until 4:45 p.m. That's over an hour past my scheduled appointment time before any work even began. I understand delays can happen, but if appointments are running that far behind, customers should be informed when they check in. Having an appointment felt pointless when the wait was that long. Based on my experiences, the Auto Care Center seems consistently understaffed or overbooked.

I have been coming to this Costco for nearly 5 years now and in that time, I have had numerous amount of interactions with flat out rude employees. This morning, my son and I went grocery shopping and it was early so they were not packed at all. We finished grocery shopping and we get over to the self checkout and the lady at the self checkout, which is empty by the way, let's all the customer in front of me go to a register and stops me and doesn't even give me the option to say no. She says " I need to scan your items." in the last month alone this has happened three times. I don't know if it's because I have a young child or if because most of the clientele at this Costco are older. I genuinely feel discriminated against, and it bothers me a lot. I really don't want to drive to Aliso Viejo because I go to Costco on a weekly basis but I think their policy should be made clear. Do only older people get to scan their products? Is it because I am Hispanic? Or is it because I have my child. My grocery bill was $120, and I had 7 items. I don't see any reason why I should not be allowed to scan my own items. I should get to choose if I want the help or not. I will be calling the store manager and see what they say.
