While most of the staff there are nice, today i had a very bad interaction with a cashier who had the name tag 'Rafa B'. We put a quilt on the counter for him to scan, and he was very snippy with us and scanned it and told us to put it back into our cart without a bag. His manager came over and asked us if we wanted a bag since it was raining, and we said yes, and he proceeded to scan it again and act as if we were stealing it! We had to tell him he scanned it twice and eventually he fixed it but he also knocked off an item i was purchasing off the counter and broke it, and it was the last one. overall, the store has great product and you get a lot for what you pay, but my experience today was so unpleasant i will not be returning. update: just got home and the cashier forgot to take the alarm tag off multiple items, so i have to go back yet again. i am very disappointed with the service i received today. read more

This store was organized, which is sometimes hard for TJ Maxx. It was easy to find the objects we were looking for. I'd only say to have more registers open because the line was so long. read more

What a shock! The Wilmington location isn't even listed on Yelp. It wasn't at your store either. But Wilmington heard about how my elder sister recounted the experience of my mother, who's been a loyal customer since the store opened. At 86 and weighing just 72 lbs, she's battling cancer and needed a little cart to lean on. The fitting room attendant knew she was kind and could see she was unwell. My elder sister didn't want to create a scene because they simply wanted a normal day where my mother could find clothes that fit her new body and attend yet another family gathering. Instead, they took her cart away. She was left holding the wall and her daughter's arm, exactly the experience they wanted to avoid. Now, they're randomly approaching people on the floor, asking how they intend to pay today. Why? Isn't that usually done at the registers? Honestly, depending on what I find at the only clothing store within 20 miles of that community, I'll decide how I intend to pay. This little old lady has children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and she's been buying for Christmas, every other holiday, birthdays, and more. Do you really need to come down with your earpiece, acting like a security guard? What did you think those two elderly women were doing? My elder sister doesn't even carry a purse, and I'm not sure what you thought the 72 lb, 86-year-old was doing. But as the youngest daughter, I'll be taking my mother to the only nearby shop, the only option, unfortunately. You didn't recognize them? It's been years! How ignorant! My sister called a couple of days later, after she had calmed down, and she didn't say a word of complaint. I won't ruin anything for my mother, but I won't let anyone make her feel anything less than respected, as she deserves. All she's done for that town and given back. To treat them that way is unacceptable. I hope you never have to experience being treated like that. I'm furious. Wilmington TJ Max this isn't over. read more

Who doesn't love to shop at a TJ's or a Home Goods? Even better when they both are under one roof. Although probably not that good for my wallet ;) I absolutely love this TJ Maxx/Home Goods store. It is clean and mostly well organized. Much bigger than the former store in the same property. A separate area for Home Goods section as well. The kitchen section had everything and more. I like the layouts because it makes it easy to find whatever you are looking for. Usually ample of parking unless its the holiday season. Friendly staff & plenty of check-out counters for a speedy checkout. read more

Why does TJX let people bring their dogs in? It's getting ridiculous. I was shopping here over the holidays and this lady had a giant long haired dog with her who clearly wasn't a service animal. As someone who has developed a severe allergy I went out of my way to go around the dog to another aisle but still ended up having a reaction. TJX-- do better to block idiots from bringing animals into your stores. read more

This location is a decent Home Goods and a terrible TJ Maxx. As you sort through the clothing racks, you may quickly feel like you are at a Goodwill, Savers, or Salvation Army because the stuff is entirely random and somewhat laughable. Need a pair of shorts for the gym? Well, who don't have that, but how about there XXXL Bally's Total Fitness branded sweats? Worth a look if you are trying to find something for the home, though. The clothing piece is garbage and should shut down to focus on the home. read more

My coworkers have always raved about this TJ Max/ Homegoods store. I finally made it in this past week to and have to say- YES this store does have quite a ROCKING FEEL to it and has all kinds of inventory! A very different feel to than most other TJ Max and Homegood Stores. Not sure why. A very good experience. Will return for sure. read more

What happened to ALL TJX stores (TJ Maxx, Marshall's and Homegoods)? These stores are like thrift shops. I've thrown away better stuff. They used to have adorable kids clothes. Forget it. The women's section (2 racks) keeps getting smaller & smaller no matter which TJ Maxx I visit. Pretty soon it will just be a hanger with one garment that all women will brawl over. The jewelry, handbags & housewares depts. are always a pleasure. This is still my fav TJ's location. read more

This TJ Maxx is a combo store with Home Goods. My wife drags me in here once in a while, and I wouldn't mind it so much if I could actually find a shirt, maybe a pair of pants. Not here. It is more about kitchen equipment, furniture, and even luggage. I like TJ Maxx, it just seems that this location needs to decide what it wants to be. By the ratio of kitchen/household items compared to clothing, I would say this location needs to convert to a straight up Home Goods. read more

HUGE inventory. This place reminds me of Marshall's, but with more kitchen and house stuff. I like shopping here - you always find SOMEthing you need. This location has the "Homegoods" area too, which has some furiture and decorations. Kinda neat to look through. I've found cheap kitchen items, cheap bedsheets, etc. I go here for things like that. Good finds on clothes too. The wait at the register can be long - so just expect that beforehand. read more

This is my all time favorite store! The store has everything you would want! I love this store! The customer service is Excellent!!

I'm a bit torn with this review. On one hand, this location is enormous and has tons of stock! On the other hand, the store is poorly maintained and all that stock isn't meaningfully organized or sorted. It's always a mess! Clothing is strewn everywhere, so despite there being plenty of stock, it's hard to actually sift through the mess sometimes and find things, especially since many items aren't put back where they belong. The Homegoods section is even sloppier than the clothing department. I suppose though that half the fun is the "hunt" to find great things at cheap prices, but there are other TJ Maxx locations with lots of stock that are much neater. read more

I'm not normally a huge fan of TJ Maxx but I do so love this one. Huge inventory, lots of check out stations, and a pretty wide variety of goods. For some reason this TJ Maxx gets some really really good items. Only complaint is that it could be cleaner - sometimes its pristine and sometimes it down right cluttered and gross. read more

This is the best TJ Maxx I've ever been to! I stumbled across this one night when I had the misfortune of ending up at the Woburn Mall while living in Belmont. The Woburn Mall (how do they even call it a mall!?) gets 1 star, but the TJ Maxx in there is HUGE. It has an awesome home goods section, and the clothing selection is pretty good as well. I could spend hours in this TJ Maxx! If I'm ever up that way again, I'm definitely going here. read more
