If I could give less than one star I would, the service was atrocious, refused to fix/exchange a faulty product after failing to deliver what was originally ordered. First had the wrong item delivered and when replacement item was sent out it was the same incorrect cistern. After multiple call this was sorted but the cistern was faulty which they refused to fix/replace, accused the plumber of not knowing what he was doing and went as far as to call him a clown. Rang around 9 times in a week to ask if delivery was on its way or even get a date. Was told it would be checked each time and I'd be called back but nobody had the decency to actually do that. Eventually had to refuse to get off the line while they checked it to get an answer. Whole process from first enquiry to the end took 3 weeks and dozens of phone calls only to have a half working system. Disgracefully rude staff, wouldn't advise anyone to use their service. Worst customer experience I've ever had. Would better pay a little more and order from a different guys. 1. Ordered slabs and was told delivery would be within 4-6weeks. 2. After 5 weeks called to double check and was told slabs were polishing and it's all on schedule and in a week i would get a delivery. I planned the works, vacation, etc based on this confirmation 3. After 6 weeks called and was told that there is a delay and slabs were polishing and in 1 week will be delivered 4. After 7 weeks Patrick who accepted the order was off and nobody could tell me anything about the order. 5. After 8 weeks Patrick emailed me that they didn't know when the delivery would be. 6. Got my slabs 11 weeks after ordered, i.e. 5 weeks delay out of 6 weeks promised. 7. Asked about the discount for such delay and Patrick told me he'll figure this out. 8. After that they stopped replying to emails and obviously no discount. 9. Every time I called them they either didn't know and told that I'd get call back, and after nobody called me for days. 10. Nobody called from them a single time saying there is a problem with order, every time i had to call them and either wait to be called back, or email them asking what's the status. Each time I've been over in this place, each time, without exception, I have left there absolutely frustrated by the ineptitude of the staff and their lack of customer service. Allow me to detail all the reasons I will not spend my money here. 1. First time I was there, there was one guy in the kitchen area with other customers. He continued his conversation with them for 15 minutes, without so much of a glance at us. I totally get that he was busy, but common courtesy or customer service would dictate that he would even just acknowledge us standing there and tell us he'd be with us when he was finished with his current customers. 2. Second time, there were two "sales" staff sitting at their desks. You will understand by the end of this review why I put the word sales in adverted commas. Although both staff members clocked us, neither of them made any move to come over to see to us, even though we were standing there waiting. I eventually approached them and asked for help as it was clear that they were not going to volunteer it. 3. The guy who eventually came over obviously had better places to be. He was unhelpful to the point that I considered just walking away, but I did really want to buy the product, so I perservered. He was unable to give me a sample, fair enough. I asked him could he order me a sample, a flat no was the answer. I asked him if he could give me a ball park figure on the cost, he said no. Ok, so perhaps he could find out and come back to me? He said he'd call me back on Monday. 4. Never heard from him on Monday. Called the shop and he said he hadn't had an email from his supplier with the price. I asked if maybe he could call the supplier instead. No was the answer there. He said he'd come back to me later that evening. 5. Never heard from him. Rang back today, Tuesday. He was busy with a customer, said he'd call me back. Again, never heard from him. I have literally tried to give this shop over 2,000 euro of my hard earned cash, and they have tried as hard as they possibly can, not to take it off me. I spent the day today calling other suppliers who were all able to come back to me with a full comprehensive price within a couple of hours. I would suggest that the managers or owners have a look at re-training their staff in the art of sales, or perhaps put them on commission to try to give them some kind of desire to do their job. read more

I will never go into this hardware shop again, service is appalling. I rang 4 times, no return calls. I bought a fire burner from them that parts fell apart, if anyone has any sense they will not do business with this appalling place, it in Ballymount in Tallaght. read more
