My congratularions to this super efficient and competent company…read more My tenant sent me an e-mail on 1st Nov saying he found alleged black mould in bathroom drains. What a nightmare I had put 3 tonnes of concrete to shut the damp 15 years ago but finally it has appeared. In the evening of the same day, I rang this company with some doubt as I had recently (and still have) an extremely bad experience with a nefarious company in London, which was doing a stealth marketing (fraudulent advertisements). Mr. Taylor picked up the phone but sounded cautious as I am a woman and a foreigner. After a series of technical questions and queries about their standard practice, we found each other seeking the quality, accountability and reliability of services. This company only does mould because they are the specialists. They probably love moulds (maybe not much) and have pelasure in handlig moulds (what a horror again). I thought we dissolved mutual caution and went ahead to face the mould (you need a courage to face it)! I wired the initial survey fee at midnight. Incidentally, their pricing structure appeared very reasonable. On the following day (2nd Nov), they coordinated with my tenant for their convenient time, and turned up for the investigation. My tenant sent me another e-mail on 3rd Nov (at 10am) saying that, 'very efficient', the guy came and looked into it. My tenant continuded; "His verdict was that there is no mold and everything is safe..'. My goodness, I feel relieved (and, my tenant,, they are happy). At 4pm, Mr. Taylor sent me a survey report in PDF format that there was nothing to be concerned about. Well, the world looks brighter for now despite the financial turmoil in the southern Europe.. All in all, I paid 100 pounds for the following-day investigation (although Mr. Taylor did not guarantee their survey on the following coule of days.) and have got, in the documenatation (that I can use for the property survey), an assurance for the moment (and backwardly, what I did 15 years ago was correct). I believe that it was a value for money indeed. Mr. Taylor, isn't it better for you to perform your services only after you have verified that my money has been credited in your account? Well, I would say (as a banker), your service is quicker than the UK banks same-day wire transfer
