On the + side - Opening hours are very good for people with…read moreoffice working hours - many product that you can find at budni/alnatura are there - they sometimes have discount on specific fresh veggies which makes it more interesting to get them organic than in your regular supermarket - Vegan savory and sweet pie/cakes are there!! Prices seem high but portions match them so it's ok. - it's a supermarket but with a small bakery/cafe corner (should the weather allow it, tables outside to enjoy Lange Reihe) - not far from Haupbahnof - staff is friendly and helpful Cant really find a - side...

Ich wollte mir einfach nur eine kleine Kaffeepause gönnen, obwohl die Preise dort schon ziemlich…read morehoch sind. Stattdessen bin ich mit einem richtig schlechten Gefühl wieder gegangen. Als ich nach Süßstoff gefragt habe, fing die Bedienung an, mir ins Gesicht zu lachen und mich regelrecht lächerlich zu machen. Ich habe ihr erklärt, dass ich aus medizinischen Gründen Süßstoff brauche, aber statt Verständnis zu zeigen, hat sie mich weiter belehrt und spöttisch behauptet, so etwas wie "natürlichen Süßstoff" gäbe es gar nicht. Ich trinke meinen Kaffee nun mal nicht bitter, deshalb habe ich schließlich höflich um mein Geld zurückgebeten. Das wurde komplett abgetan - sie hat mich einfach nicht ernst genommen und gesagt, dass sie so etwas nicht macht. Also habe ich den Kaffee stehen lassen und bin gegangen. So behandelt zu werden war einfach verletzend. Es ist respektlos und unprofessionell, sich über jemanden lustig zu machen, besonders wenn gesundheitliche Gründe im Spiel sind. Es gibt viele Gründe, warum Menschen Süßstoff benutzen, darüber zu spotten ist einfach falsch. Für mich war das eine sehr enttäuschende Erfahrung, und ich werde dort sicher nicht wieder hingehen.
