I called late Wednesday afternoon and set an appointment for Thursday morning. The young man showed up on time, actually called me when he was 15 minutes away to let me know his ETA. He was very knowledgeable and took his time explaining all of my options. The original door was falling apart and the opener was not functioning properly so the only way to really fix it was to replace everything. His estimate was very reasonable and he was able to get my door quickly so we scheduled an appointment for first thing Friday morning. He showed up on time and got to work right away. Within 2 hours I had a new door and opener, the old door was loaded on his truck and the mess cleaned up. I love the look of my new door! Amazing how they were able to take my money (was billed twice for the same install) 5 minutes after the work was completed but they still have not given me an invoice after 22 days. The invoice is needed to demonstrate scope of work performed. The customer service people give great lip service but absolutely provide no results. Would highly recommend finding another source in Central Arkansas for garage door work if you value professional service and support.
