Ordered family style, apps to share: mushroom fritters, cream cheese wonton, and the Issan sausage. The mushroom fritters were really good. Came out hot and fresh. The cream cheese wonton had a weird sour after taste. The issan sausage had a zesty vinegar taste to the meat. For the entrees, we ordered the garlic fried rice, crispy pork belly, tofu phad thai, and crispy garlic chicken. Everything came out hot and fresh. Today's Date: Jan 16, 2025 I came here to TK NOODLE several months ago but never had the chance to leave a comment at that inaugural time. My first experience at TK was exceptional. It was sometime between 2pm and 4pm. The lady was working up front by herself but her customer service skill was absolutely wonderful. The food that time was very good too but I was so hungry that I didn't think to take a picture of it. Based on that first time visit; I came here again. ========== I return to today's experience. First thing to point out, TK's entire restaurant and specifically the bathroom is very clean. You could probably eat off the floor if you had to. That is a testament to the hardworking people who work at TK. Plus, it speaks to a specific dedication to the guests as the cleanliness of bathrooms often mirror the back kitchen. You know? Second, the food price is very reasonable. Competitive pricing; much more reasonable than other Thai places around The Greater Lynnwood area. Third, parking is very plentiful. Let's talk food now!! Today, I had **PAD GRA POW (see pictures for description; it's not my picture but a tiny snapshot of the menu) -- it was simplistic in its presentation but packed with a great deal of mouthwatering good taste. Highly recommended. Fine print: ** The actual image of this plate; in person, hot plate and aromatic essence is more impressive than the picture in their menu. In front of you, one can see the GREEN BEANS (better color contrast) way better so it's a more good-looking plate when it's right next to you as compared to the menu picture. We also tried the TARO SPRING ROLLS. Wonderful. If you are a vegetarian; you will love it! Bonus item: I also asked for the PRIK NAM PLA which is a condiment fish sauce with Thai chili peppers-- see picture. It doesn't cost any extra but a little bit goes a long way. Just try a tiny bit (like a teardrop) and see if you like. I add it to almost everything savory I get when I can get to Thai food which is not as often as I would like. Go! This is our go-to spot for Thai noodles, and it's long overdue for my review. The portions are big, which is always a plus, and the service is consistently great. A year and a half later, I must have been here over 20 times. It's our reliable option for lunch or dinner when shopping in the area. The menu has expanded hugely, but we keep coming back to the boat noodles. Since first having boat noodles here, many other Thai restaurants are offering it. TK Noodles still has the best to my mind. Other great dishes are the Goay Teow Tom Yum and Koa Soi. Their Thai ice tea is also bomb. More flavor and richer than the usual. Great service, comfortable seats and Thai pop music. read more

This place is freaking amazing. It's a hidden gem, I'd love to gate keep but I appreciate it too much for them not to service people and stay in business. Husband and I have been here several times before remembering how good their Boat noodle soup was. We decided to go again yesterday and things had changed tremendously. For starters, we had the chicken wings. To our surprise, the wings were cut in smaller pieces. Why?? At first they looked like fried frog legs. I was really surprised! I could t understand why it was cut like that?? Then, our soup came. They looked like dry noodle dish. It was really lacking some broth we had to ask for extra which also means extra cost. We don't care about paying extra but I thought "what the heck is going on here!?" We realized, okay, this just means we're not coming back here. Even the server was less attentive and sort of avoiding us. That's how we felt. Anyway, the conclusion to my experience is that we are not coming back for more. So, I had the Boat Noodles it was very good good. Not a lot of places have it. It's better than other places I had out here. Not as good or cheap as in Thailand lol but I'll definitely get it again. I went here for a quick lunch while up north nearby. This place mostly specializes in Thai food but also has some Americanized dishes for the variety. I focused more on the Thai noodle dishes and ordered kuay tiew rua hang (dry style boat noodle) with pork which is good portions for a fair price. The pork is fairly soft and the noodles were cooked to a nice al dente texture. The noodles are just the right amount of salt, and there were vegetables in the dish. The food here is good. Something happened here while I was ordering their vietnamese pork springrolls over the phone. Because they do not have a catering menu and I wanted 30 springrolls for a xmax party to be picked up another day, I had to order 8 portions (4 pieces per order) at the original price which is roughly $15. However, upon confirming how many pieces per order, the rep said "3 per order". I was a little baffled at the time because a few days earlier, I asked a different rep and said "4 per order". Anyways, I just brushed it off and decided to increase number of orders to 10 because I wanted 30. Next the rep asked for my card number to charge over the phone. I believe the amount was $164 plus/minus with taxes included. So, I gave my card numbers but rep said "card/number didnt work". Then there was a nearly 1-2 min paused with voices in the background. I was wondering what was happening. After the paused, the rep got back and said "we include 18% gratuity". So I responded that I was just ordering for a take out, why would there be gratuity. She replied "the owner asked us to include 18% gratuity". I started math in my head, and realized that I was about to pay roughly $190 for 30 springrolls. I felt like I was being hustled and getting ripped off. This place doesnt even have a catering menu, yet charges 18% gratuity. Not to mention the suspicious phone call and long pauses. I decided to cancel and not go thru with the order. I really like the flavor but not to the point where ill pay this massive amount for 30 springrolls and forced to pay gratuity for a take out. Their "springrolls" is actually eggrolls with a little bit of pork and lots of taro. There are other ingredient in there as well but I mostly see taro. What a shame I like the flavors of this place and have boasted to my friends and coworkers. However, something seemed off in this situation. After the phone call, I started questioning the integrity, values and professionalism at tk noodles. I cant help it but sensing "greediness" in this situation and the way it was handled. First time trying this place. Tried 2 noodle soup, both have good flavor. The Goay Teaw Tom Yum Hang is just right. We ordered 2 stars, not too spicy but has a touch of sassy to it. The Khao Soi Curry noodle has a good curry flavor with a 3 stars. I wish it is a bit more spicy but still not bad. The noodle portions are generous but the meat part is a bit light. I will say food wise it's a solid 4 stars but the service and presentation bumps them to a 5. I have a favorite elsewhere to get l boat noodle soup, crispy rice salad, and pad see ew in individual restaurants but this spot does them all good and it's in one spot! The flavor here is pretty on point! I was surprised to see the thin noodles on the boat noodle soup, which my wife said is authentic. The broth is full of flavor which we enjoyed too because some other places can taste watered down. In addition, the flavor on the crispy rice salad is so good with a strong lime flavor which I prefer. I do wish it was a bit crispier but they ran out and this was just a small sample for us since we were so bummed they didn't have any left so I can't say this represented their actual dish. The house made wontons in the ba mee hang were full of flavor, I wish there was more! The dish itself is pretty unique and worth trying if you want something outside the typical Thai offerings. The pork in the pad see ew was so juicy and tender, most places make pork so dry it could be considered jerky, but not here. I had to give the chef props personally on how she cut the mango because it was so well presented, look at that pic I attached! I prefer my desserts to be more on the mild side of sweetness and I loved that the mango sticky rice had the perfect balance. The mangos were so ripe and sweet so minimal condensed milk was needed. My husband and I started off the the month with lunch at TK Noodle Cafe in Lynnwood. You can find the restaurant in the newer developments next to Costco and across from Home Depot. We decided to try the: - Goay Teaw Tom Yum Soup - Very flavorful soup! The noodles were a bit clumped together though. - Kuay Tiew Rua (Boat Noodle Soup) - I think next time we'll try the pork option, as the beef was a bit on the drier side. - Thai Tea & Coffee - You can never go wrong with iced Thai beverages! Both broths were great and had quite the kick. The homemade chili seasoning was pretty spicy, so even two stars on the Kuay Tiew Rua was a bit much for us. TK is my Go-To spot for Thai food now! If you are familiar with another spot off 200th and 44th...COME ON DOWN! Here's a hint...it was once located by the following; Black Angus, 7-11, Aaron's, and Chevron... The previous location had disappointed me a bit in the last few times before their closing...BUT THEY CAME BACK SWINGING FROM THE ROOTS AND WITH FULL SPICE! I had the Thai Beef Salad 3 stars...on point! I swear it's a ribeye steak cause it just melted with how they cooked it. The heat built up and it took a while to regain the senses again...but it was perfect! I also got the Pad Thai chicken 3 stars. Now this is where they won me...the pad Thai sauce just had a much better flavor profile. Some places shortcut with ketchup...but this just tasted like there was no ketchup and the ingredients stood out. The chicken seemed a tad bit dry, but still good. My wife ordered the Pad See Ew tofu. I don't ever really see her finish a plate and she dusted this plate off nicely. She gives it a thumbs up. We never had to ask for any refills because they stayed up on it! So going back...I had confirmed it in multiple ways on their relation to the old spot and I swear I think I recognized one of the chefs who walked out from back, not to mention a few others. We were excited when we noticed a new noodle place was opening near Alderwood Mall. We finally had a chance to check it out last night. Ambiance: not much. Minimal decor; no music that I can recall. Food: We enjoyed the Sample Appetizers ($16.95) especially the taro egg rolls. Hubby thought the Taiwanese Braised Port Rice Bowl ($15.95) was ok. I asked the waitress to recommend a noodle dish that was not sour or spicy. She said Ba Mee Hang ($14.95) was the only option. It was dry noodle so I made sure I mixed the sauce and noodles thoroughly. My first bite met my daily sodium intake. It was SO salty! I asked for some hot water but they brought a tiny bowl of soup broth instead. I added it to my dry noodle but not enough to rinse away the saltiness. I reluctantly ate it fearing the whole time of water retention. Sure enough - I gain weight the next morning. We were talked into getting a taro tapioca dessert ($6.95) which consisted of taro tapiocas chunks and sliced coconut meat in hot coconut milk. Service - it was ok although when we asked for a to-go container from the short-haired blond Asian gal, she gave us a small container. We requested a larger size to take home the rest of my self-made soup. She refused and proceeded to fill the container to the brim (see picture). Ok then... Stumbled upon this new restaurant through Yelp and decided to try it as it's still in its grand opening phase. There was plenty of parking since in the plaza of Home Depot and Costco is across the street, but there's also some directly in front of the building. It's below the new apartments, so the interior space was very small and tables were close together. Aesthetically, it's a very cute spot. The staff was kind, but waits a while to take your order and deliver the food. In terms of food, the serving size was smaller than expected esp. in relation it to the price. Tofu rama noodles: I got 4 stars and the spice hits at the end, but isn't what I'd consider Thai spicy. The noodles were a good texture, but I was not a fan of the peanut sauce. It was very oily and thick. The flavor was also very peanut forward, but plain at the same time? I wished there was more vegetables (just a few carrot slices) and seasoning. Wouldn't order this again... Braised pork belly bun: My cousin enjoyed these baos a lot. They were petite, but she has a small appetite, so it was the right size for her. She can never finish her food, but was able to finish these. The veggies were well pickled with a mild tang and the pork belly was juicy. She said the proportion of veggie to meat was perfect. The baos seemed freshly steamed too, but broke easily. Mango sticky rice: This is our favorite dessert and this restaurant actually has a good rice to mango portion as there's usually more rice than mango. I loved the coconut sauce on top as it wasn't too sweet, but still warm and earthy. There was some crispy rice pieces on top too for texture which was an interesting addition I've never seen before. Added a smoky flavor which was enjoyable. In addition to food, we ordered a Thai tea lemonade. It sounded cool in theory, but we only took a sip and decided to leave it. In short: Great new space with an incredible menu of street food and interesting dishes you don't see everywhere, plus some familiar comfort food. Everything is executed beautifully. In long: This is the same group of people who used to run a legendary Thai place a few blocks south of here, and got displaced by the light rail station. They are already tearing it up in the new place, which coincidentally is also in new construction. It's a big multi-level apartment complex, so parking might get tough when they get busy and units fill up. But it's a great space for the bar and dining room--clean, bright, attractively decorated, comfortable. You get table visits right away, and the whole front-of-house team seems to take turns filling water, running food, taking orders, and so on. They're all very friendly and fun, and seem to have a nice women-power vibe going without saying it out loud. You really feel the pride they have in running such a cool place. The menu goes and goes--seriously, if you do nothing else before deciding where to eat, check the menu online. Apps, soups, salads, entrees, all with good detailed descriptions and even a little history or context. This one's a northern Thai dish, this is street food, another one is this or that. They do have a couple of familiar phad dishes, but 50+% of the menu was totally new to me, and I've probably eaten Thai food once a month at least for decades. I can't even pretend to remember the dish names in Thai, so, sorry about that. We filled up on 4 appetizers because we couldn't narrow down the list. We'll just have to come back for soups and entrees. We'll definitely be doing that soon. Beef meatballs Spongey, chewy, and not the easiest to cut with a fork. Just like pho meatballs in terms of texture. Nice big flavors. I hit them (and everything else on the table) with a mix of pickled pepper oil and dry chili flakes. Real kick to the flakes! If you like spice, definitely get your hands on the condiment caddy. Mushroom fritters Dense, chewy, and nice big cuts of shroom. Flavorful light batter. Great sweet dipping sauce. Fried pork Like everything else, this came with tons of crunchy fresh veg sliced on the plate. For once, I took all that and made a salad. Worth it. And this pork was delicious too! Without the chopped veg it was kind of a funny-looking plate, but, man, is it delicious. Served bite-sized, deep-fried, and loaded with good flavor. Dumplings Mild seasonings on this dish, easily remedied by the spice caddy. Great texture, clearly house-made. Worth ordering again but we'll be working our way through the rest of the menu, too. *3.5 stars* The space is small, but bright and modern. Service is friendly and quick during non-peak times. I've dined here twice now, once during lunch on a weekday and in the evening at 630pm on Saturday. I definitely recommend coming during the day if possible because dinner rush + wait times can be long especially with young, hungry kids. A little tip for the kitchen is to prepare appetizers for diners first instead of preparing the entire order of every single table. All of the food comes out at once which defeats the whole purpose of having appetizers and entrees. The items I've tried were: -crab and cheese wontons - these aren't the common crab Rangoons you'd fine at the Chinese restaurants however the filling is similar in that it's filled with cream cheese, scallions & imitation crab meat. The wrapping is very thin which limits the crunch factor these tend to have. It's served with a plum sauce & is similar to the traditional sweet and sour sauce, but milder. My only wish is that the wrapping was thicker and crunchier. -kao soi noodles - this is the 2nd time I've ever had kao soi at a restaurant. This version is unique in that it's served with pickled mustard greens. It's a very simple curry noodle dish served with a chicken leg, a nest of fried noodles, pickled mustard greens, red onions, lime and one sprig of cilantro. I wish it was served with more herbs and perhaps even bean sprouts. The curry broth is simple and a little sparse, but the flavors were good. Nothing exciting or spectacular, but decent. -fried chicken wings - simply fried wings served with spicy mayo. I enjoyed it -crispy garlic chicken and rice - the fried chicken pieces are tossed in a sweet garlic sauce that I did not care for. Anything fried tossed in sauce causes the fried item to not be crispy anymore. Had I known it was tossed in a sauce I would have asked for the sauce on the side. I wouldn't order this again. -crispy pork belly + Chinese broccoli and rice - there's a Thai spot at Granville Island market that makes this bomb dish so ofc we had to order it here as well. The flavors were nice, but the crispiness of the crispy pork belly did not hold up well. -pad see ew - DELICIOUS & perfectly seasoned. I wish there were more noodles. It was literally a stir fry of pork and veggies. Would definitely order again but will mention it to them to add more noodles. -goay teaw tom yum - my son ordered this dish bc he wanted noodle soup and it did not disappoint. We ordered it mild without peanuts. The broth is light and flavorful with a hint of tang. It comes with a ton of protein: pork ribs, ground pork, fish cakes, fish balls, & green beans. I would definitely order this again but with some chilies added to it. Overall, I would come and dine here again. There are a lot of items on the menu that I have not tried yet. The prices are reasonable and a bit more affordable than Isarn which is down the street. The space is open and clean and the staff is friendly. The large windows brings in a lot of natural light during the day. Love Thai food so we decided to go here since it's new. Saw it when I dined at Pier 88 last week. Decided to try it out. I can say this is one and done visit for me. Food | Pad See Ew didn't have much taste. Crispy Pork my son enjoyed Crispy pork with broccoli, my son said it was good but the portion is so small (see picture) maybe like 6 pieces of pork. The rice scoop portion was larger than the entree. Service | We sat down right away there was maybe 2 other diners in the restaurant. (Overheard the other diner say their noodles was not cooked so I was afraid to order Pad Thai) Ambiance | Not much. No music playing they did have a big screen tv but more behind the counter. read more

TK Noodle just opened up in Lynnwood so I decided to give it a try. Brand new menu and they were super friendly. We got the boat noodle soup, garlic noodles, and ba mee hang. They were all delicious! I'd come back. read more

Great place for lunch or dinner! I personally love their boat noodles, and crispy pork belly with rice and fried eggs. These two are my staple anytime I go, along with other dishes that I feel like having that day, Yentafo is another great one. Grilled meat balls (Look Chin Ping) is also SO good. This place is a must try! read more

Delicious Asian mix cuisine! I've been back a couple times for different dishes as well. They're decently busy even on a normal weekday. Every dish is pretty good but my favorite would have to be the crispy pork belly (not pictured). I would say try a lot of different dishes before declaring if it's good or not. Some dishes weren't my cup of tea but the ones I loved - I LOVED. Spice levels are very high so if you're not into spicy I would recommend mild. The place is on the smaller side and ambiance seems more family friendly. Great place for a quick bite! read more
