Contacted Gerald printing and they said they could not exchange them unless they are defective. I'd say incorrect sizing is a defect. They state 100% satisfaction guaranteed but apparently not. $50 pants going to goodwill I guess. I'm not one to post reviews on businesses but I feel that people should be aware that the %100 guarantee they claim is a scam.

Finally, the owner, Clint, suggested that they were, "too covered up," to come take a look. Called WAKY and they came out that day! Wiles seems to have missed the message that with such competition in the sign industry, customer service is paramount. I will not use these guys again for our office complex and will make sure other partner businesses and clients are aware of the poor service we received. Very disappointing.
