Excellent customer service is provided at this location in the Urlas Main Post Exchange complex. If you happen to receive service from Stefi (there are usually only two people working here), she is very courteous, pleasant and helpful. I needed to switch my cell phone service as I relocated from US temporarily. After 14-day quarantine was complete, I hurried to this store immediately by my wife's recommendation. I took my old SIM card out from the previous provider and pop the new one right in (under the gentle guidance of Stefi). The whole operation took me about two minutes. That was only because initially I couldn't insert a paper clip in to the tiny hole hard enough to fish SIM card out. Due to the present COVID precautions, employees are not allowed to touch customer's phones...otherwise Stef would've just done it for me, I'm sure.
