I took my initial car to them, they said they could do a hitch on it but really recommended not doing it because of the cost and other issues including having to make a custom exhaust. Full out honest, I was nearly going to pull the trigger and my car, maybe conveniently, died and I got a suv with a hitch oem. I attempted to connect the hitch to a new trailer and it didn't work due to rust. They fit me in early in the morning because I was going on the trip that weekend and had it fixed for very reasonable (50 vs 500 that the dealer quoted as minimum) and in under an hour. And the best thing, they did an amazing job doing a fully custom install of the TRS system on a new trailer I bought. I didn't realize they sold trailer and they didn't complain at all and just asked to consider them next time. It's such a good custom job stability wise and you can't tell it wasn't done at the factory. Amazing place!
