At our first meeting, time was taken to throughly discuss ideas & concepts... possible concerns were noted... and firm dates were made for follow-ups. Anthony Lamore and his crew were always transparent about what was being done - and when - and were 100% reliable in all their committments. Getting permits in order was navigated swiftly, patiently, and with good humor (La Crosse was still figuring out the required permitting for ADUs). Communication was outstanding. When construction started, the various components of foundation work, plumbing, electrical work, and building contruction were woven together seamlessly. Construction - from the foundation, to finishing the inside with our requested lighting, appliances, & plumbing fixtures, was beyond impressive. 'Definitely solid, quality work, with thoughtful attention to details that wouldn't even be on the radar of many companies. We are very pleased with the work 'Coulee Construction and Concrete' did for us, and wholeheartedly recommend them.

They told us, the kids, the project would be 300k, it would be done in August 2025 and take a month to build. After all of that, Anthony and Austin went out to our parents house and had them write a check for $250,000.00 and sign an open ended contract for $750,000.00 where they have $500,000.00 after only doing the concrete. To that point, they had performed literally no work. What honest contractor would ever ask that of a customer. Our parents had no idea about the pay schedule. Needless to say, they were disappointed and felt taken advantage of. They asked if we could help them get of the contract. When we informed Anthony that our parents have a POA, and that we want the project cancelled, he acted ok with it. We also asked, per my parents wishes, he no longer contact them as we would deal with things from here. He said, he would transfer funds that day and would have the an itemized bill for us the following day. After saying ok, against everyone's wishes, he drove to our parents house to try to resell them the project. He didn't bring an itemized break down for the permit costs or the little bit of gravel work they did. He didn't bring them a check. Nothing. He just told them that he would send them their money "soon." My brother and I again asked about the breakdown and the timeframe for the return of our parents money because "soon" didn't seem appropriate given the situation. Then he proceeded to threaten us. Can you imagine someone stealing from your family and then threatening you with legal action? My guess is he already spent the money. There were lots of red flags along the way and we ignored them. I hope you don't. Please don't let him take your parents money. Hes probably out bidding another job to pay for the last one right now......Anthony Lamore is a crook. I have attached the "contract" for everyone to see

It took him three months to finish, after much prodding; he would leave and go work on more profitable projects. He left for Florida for ten days for his Bachelors Party, and I had no idea why he hadn't finished my steps. When I contacted him to find out where he was, he asked me to wire him some money. His work is not up to code. I paid him $3,000. I have tried to get him to take responsibility and modify the steps (they have to be torn down, and rebuilt). I filed a report with the state; they suspended his license indefinitely. This man has caused me so much grief. This is my first house, and I put a lot of effort into it to get it looking good again (after being in disarray for so many years). It took him three months to complete the project and it was only a small deck (3'x8'). He went to Florida for a week to ten days for his Bachelors Party, then emailed me to send him money. He refused to put the siding on my house he took off, telling me to hire someone else. I am currently filing a lawsuit . His license was indefinitely suspended by the state. I asked Chandler if we needed a permit, he said no, it was such a small job. He tore out my old steps, then refused to sign a contract. The steps were inspected by the City Building Indpectors; there are many major code violations. Chandler refuses to fix them.

And while the deck had multiple issues I paid another contractor to clean up, most surprisingly after the first rain storm and after the gazebo was installed, the new gazebo roof leaked all over. Mr. Weibe offered to come out and "fix it" and while he did come out, he did not fix it. It continued to leak. When I complained it was leaking he blamed it on the kit, saying it was faulty. He offered to fix it again... but this time I would have to pay him even more money. I decided to hire a new contractor who looked at the problem and surmised that the roof screws were not tightened down. That was the problem causing the leak Mr Weibe could not figure out. Less than 1 1/2 hours later the screws were tight and the roof has not leaked in the year that has followed. Mr Weibe, in my experience, is a know-it-all that will not follow sound direction. The Gazebo kit he attempted to install has been installed successfully thousands and thousands of times all over the USA. So we did mine leak? The only variable was Mr. Weibe installed it... wrong. But tT add insult to the situation he still posts my Gazebo on his site to lure potential customers in. BEWARE! He does not follow instructions and even the deck under the Gazebo had to be corrected too. Chandler Weibe was a nightmare.
